Overall the hotel was was nice, clean and and had plenty of space in the restaurant and lobby. A few of the fixtures in the room were worn but everything was in working order. The staff was super friendly.

Pros (+) The price. Which I am sure is discounted because of the plandemic. Location.
Cons (-) Didn’t like that they kinda assumed we wouldn’t want cleaning service. Breakfast went down to an extreme low. The omelette was great as usual but the rest of the food was warm at best. Would be better walking around and serving juice instead of stupid little containers. No toast or breads. Instant oatmeal. Was very disappointing

Cons (-) Our room had hair on the bed, bathroom counter and in the shower. There were bugs that appeared to be lady bugs on the walls and ceiling. The bed was hard as a rock, compared to the new embassy suite by OU medical, this one doesn’t even compare. For the price of the room cheaper hotels are more clean than this one. We won’t be staying at this one again.

Pros (+) It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming. Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.
Pros (+) The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice.
Cons (-) The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.
