|Top route||Bergen Flesland to Oslo Gardermoen|
|Top airport||Oslo Gardermoen|
No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
tout était parfait. Merci
tout était parfait. Merci
Personnel agréable, vol à l'heure, parfait
No service on a 45 minute flight.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again
Great alternative to SAS
Pros: Great flight
Pros: Nothing, except I got to my destination safely
Cons: Everything. They don’t ever offer you WATER in a 10 hour flight!! Check in crew rude. Attends dismissive to rude.
Pros: Crew was acceptable but sits terrible
Cons: Not a comfy flight
Pros: Premium seats and service make flying so much more comfortable.
Cons: Boarding and leaving on time.
Pros: I can’t travels
Cons: Norwegian was unwilling to refund flight to and from Rome in the height of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Pros: I made it to my destination
Cons: I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!
Pros: Value for money
Cons: Boarding process really needs to improve. There is usually a chaos during boarding
Pros: It got me to my destination. Nothing else to like.
Cons: Boarding was a circus. The most disorganized I’ve seen. Price-gouging at every turn. Cramped uncomfortable seats. And of course the nonstop screaming infant.
Pros: Price Staff
Cons: More food choices (vegetarian)
Cons: If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines.
Pros: Staff at Rome was great. Crew was excellent. Plane was magnificent.
Cons: Jet was ancient and entertainment system was a joke
Cons: Flight delayed and gate 9 in terminal 1 at JFK is a nightmare. It’s in the corner and you can’t hear any announcements at all. Horrible place.
Cons: Service at CheckIn was the worst I've ever received. The staff exuded no compassion, empathy or interest in trying to help me. I had to buy an extra checked bag and instead of giving my options clearly, they gave me a run around (do it online, call our customer service, refund your ticket at our service desk - all false). I did not appreciate that lack of competence or interest and as such will not be transacting business with Norwegian again. Furthermore, the crew on the airplane did not check on me or my row of passengers the entire flight. No water, no cookies, nothing! This was the worst display of airline service I ever seen!
Cons: Easy checkin Good customer service Comfortable seats Great price
Pros: Boeing Dreamliner was amazing. Very comfortable even in economy. Boarding very easy. We left and arrived exactly on time.
Cons: You have to buy your own food and drinks. Priced on the high side. Bring your own sandwich and drinks.
Pros: Crew was good, Seating needs to be updated
Cons: seats could recline better and padding could be better.
Pros: The last time I purchased a flight with them it was canceled. No previous notice . No solution . They wouldn't even answer the phone .
Pros: We landed safely.
Cons: The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable.
Cons: Need food upgrade !!!! Paying for food and not available or sold out is big No No!!!
On board Norwegian flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Norwegian assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

Since first opening a primary base in Bergen, Norwegian has developed a wide-spanning network of hubs across the world. Aiding its ability to offer a variety of international services, the airline has hubs in Barcelona, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, New York, Paris, Rom and Stockholm, among others. Flights are available to more than 35 countries in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.
Due in large part to its substantial coverage of operating hubs, the airline is able to schedule direct services at a low-cost. Onboard amenities, such as food and drinks, are minimized to reduce the price of the standard fare. Norwegian has several subsidiaries that sit underneath it, including a long haul division and carriers in targeted markets, such as the United Kingdom, Argentina and Sweden.
Boeing has been chosen as the preferred manufacturer for the fleet, with the 737 Next Generation series most commonly flown. The distinctive aircraft are easily spotted with their red noses and faces of influential figures on the tail.
Unlike the majority of airlines, Norwegian provides Wi-Fi access for free. Low data activities, such as web browsing and messaging, is available as part of the complimentary service, while streaming and app use requires an upgrade. Shorter flights and those within Europe offer only Economy seating; however, Flex fares provide seat selection and checked baggage. International long haul flights to or from the United States or South America provide the option of sitting in a Premium cabin. Seats in Premium have at least 43 in of legroom and serve a 3-course dinner.
