Pros (+) Great staff, room, price and location! What more could you want!
Cons (-) Bathrooms were in the halls and not the rooms, but that wasn't really a problem for me. The rooms do include sinks, so that helps.
Pros (+) Spent the evening here with friends and loved ones for the Thanksgiving Day parade. Lot's of great energy and a beautiful location with on the street parking right outside! It made a great day all the more special! Friendly staff and economic pricing!
Pros (+) It was a great price for the location, walking distance to Time Square, Central Park, and more! And very close to subway stations. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with our reservations. The room was a tight fit, but that is how everything is in New York.
Cons (-) Just not laid out perfectly for a tall person. Chairs in room, mirrors in room + bathroom, look very nice and are probably vintage, but that means they are suitable for bodies close to 100 years ago. The American high calorie diet continues to produce ever fatter & taller people, who don't fit well into things build long ago.
