The security was the only staffer that made me feel welcome. I was unaware that the parking was a block and a half away but he helped find local street parking. The check in person was not hospitable and borderline rude
1st off the check in clerk told me check in was at 4pm when my confirmation email said 3pm, then he told me check out was 11am when again the email said 12pm. Found a sports bra behind the bed and the city view was mediocre at best. Then the people next door kept slamming their room door and arguing so loud, walls are paper thin
Bit of a mess
I did not use the parking lot
Was disappointed that the reservation does not include breakfast. No microwave nor refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was too small. Staffs were very nice and friendly.
Tha location was good No breakfast i left before time
It's a construction site. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. It's not a 3.5 either. 3 starts at best.
