Pros: The service was excellent. The hotel in general was amazing.
Country club sophistication and old-world charm intermingle in the casual, yet elegant setting of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples. As one of the finest luxury golf resorts in Florida, The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Naples features two stunning PGA-level golf courses which host two major professional golf tournaments annually.
Pros: The standards at the Ritz are always high, the staff excellent and the facilites wonderful.
Cons: Since its recent renovation the prices have been raised outrageously
Located on three miles of pristine beachfront and caressed by the gentle waters of the Gulf of Mexico, The Ritz-Carlton, Naples is the heart and soul of the fondest family vacation. With experiences that include spa treatments inspired by the garden and sea, exquisite dining influenced by the Gulf of Mexico's bounty, and 36 holes of remarkable golf, guests of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in Florida easily discover what makes this resort's allure so compelling.
Pros: I loved our stay at the Bellasera! My husband and I stayed there with our 1 year old daughter for three days. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and breakfast bar as well as a full dining room for the price of a typical hotel room. Had we stayed for more than a few days, we would have gotten groceries and had family over for dinner. The suites are huge and everything feels new and modern. It is within a short walking distance of 5th Avenue (about 2 blocks) and all of the shops and restaurants located thereon. Nice screened in porch which leads to a courtyard that leads to the pool and bar area. Towels are easily accessible at the pool and there are lots of chairs available. Pool is nice, but shallow (I think the deepest spot is 5 feet), which was fine for my daughter and I. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Naples!!!
Cons: The only think that I didn't like was that there were some teeny tiny ants on the kitchen counter. We mentioned it to the maid and maintenance came within 15 minutes to deal with it. The service was excellent. And it is South Florida, so some insects are to be expected. I'd rather have ants than no-see-ums! Everything else was wonderful.
Pros: We loved the hotel from the moment we entered the lobby area. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We had a beautiful pool suite room which was well maintained by the housekeeping staff.
We ate breakfast each morning, good choice and excellent value.
The hotel was located ina Central location and they provided a shuttle service where the driver would drop off/pick up within a 3 mile radius.
This was a late booking and we were so glad we found this hotel and will definitely return.
Pros: Friendly staff and facilities
Pros: Size of 2 bedroom unit. Great housekeeping.Walk to Naples
Cons: A bit pricey., but worth it
Pros: We got a 2 bedroom suite which had a nice layout. Plus the real plus is the laundry service it has inside its suite. Internet was fast & toiletries were all included except for a toothbrush.
Cons: You dont give out complimentary water bottles. We would have found it the best especially since there is a fridge & kitchen to use as well.

Pros: Great service and excellent staff. Beautiful room overlooking 5th Avenue with a balcony. Great position and highly recommended
Pros: The Valet service
Cons: No room service before noon or after 9pm
The Hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything going on in the halls and next door to the point that it felt unsafe. There was a lot of banging and noise outside my doorway until 2;30 am. My room was on the same floor as the pool.
Pros: The location, room and appearance.
Cons: No breakfast availability.
Cons: No breakfast room
Pros: Beautiful hotel... Very clean... Great location
Ideally located in the heart of Old Naples in Florida, the Mediterranean-inspired Inn on Fifth opens its doors onto a scenic downtown area alive with an exceptional variety of arts, entertainment, shopping and dining, all just blocks from the white, sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Pros: Nice clean condo. Restaurant nearby. Close to many stores and , of course, publix. Staff was very attentive.
Cons: Small pool. Never enough chairs. Upon arrival, found the toilet seat cracked totally in half but it was replaced promptly the next day. They offer bikes but you must tent them for $20 a day each which is outrageous.
GREENLINKS GOLF RESORT is 3 star Hotel. This Hotel has about 200 rooms. This Hotel's room amenities include Television, Air conditioning, Hairdryer; This Hotel's facilities and services include business center, swimming pool, sauna;
Pros: I liked that there was a guest laundry room.
Pros: All personal from the front desk to the room, were very polite. When the extra mile to feel our needs. My family and i will be back.
love this hotel, and the people that works in there.
Cons: We only stay one night and the front desk rep couldn't upgrade me to a balcony view.
Hyatt House Naples on 5th Avenue is 3 floors with 183 spacious suites that include 1 and 2 bedrooms with kitchens and great views of the river and marina. The hotel is located on the renowned Gordon River and is within walking distance to historic Downtown Naples (home of many great shops and restaurants), directly across from Tin City, and walking distance to the beach.
Pros: Lovely sophisticated small "perfect" hotel , local ownrrship committed to developing this gem, a short walk to the beach.
Empowered professional front desk, includes Michael & team, who demostrate their extraordinary service by word & deed.
Depth of service & staff at all levels experienced at breakfast , bar & housekeeping.
Use conveysnce or take a short walk to the beach!
Pros: The person we checked in with was wonderful. I am very familiar with Naples and found the Inn on Priceline for a discount. When we got to the hotel, the woman upgraded us to a more updated room with pool views and a balcony. She told us we'd be much happier there since we were staying for a week. She was right on as I had the chance to see my friends room overlooking the parking lot. Certainly not as nice and not as nicely updated. It made the difference between my going there again and not. Also telling my friends about the wonderful experience we had. The staff was also very helpful, from the front desk to Ryan 's great extended golf cart rides to the beach! Your housekeeping staff was also responsive and very detailed in keeping our room in great shape!
Cons: Workout room was too small.
Pros: Friendly, professional, helpful
Convenient location with good restaurants nearby e.g Flemings, Daruma
Hotel was nice size, front desk staff superb.
Had free upgrade to lovely room overlooking lake.
Free breakfast was a lot better than I've experienced in other hotels, and was nice to eat on patio.

Pros: I had to stay at Staybridge for three weeks while moving between states and awaiting my lease. The staff are always warm and inviting no matter the time of day. You can tell that they try very hard to make you feel at home.
Cons: My last day there the hotel was infiltrated by a junior softball league. Loud and obnoxious children everywhere. Though, this shouldn't be a reflection on Staybridge. This is more of a reflection on the parents of said children and lack of home training.
Pros: The suite we stayed in was like our own little apartment. It was fully equipped with all kitchen necessities. The fact that its pet friendly was an even bigger plus. We would definitely stay again
Cons: The only thing I would say I didn't like is that I was charged a 6% sales tax on the pet fee. Tax on a fee?? If the fee is $75 then say $75 but if your gonna add tax just tell people its $80

Cons: The pool was a mile hike from the resort. And honestly for as much money as it was it's just an extended stay for family.
Pros: We loved our stay at Naples Bay! The staff was great -- they went above and beyond to make sure our first anniversary was memorable, and we are so thankful to them. The staff is very friendly in the most genuine way, which we appreciated a lot.
We had a view of the marina from our room, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the yachts and other people go by. If our stay had been longer, we would have made sure to take advantage of everything the resort had -- it would have been nice to rent a boat or a kayak, but we just didn't have the time.
It's a very relaxing, quiet place. The pool area is nice -- there's a small lazy river there, and you can buy food and drinks. There's an adults-only area, which is great. Lots of great restaurants on site, and some boutique shops too.
This is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing time.
Cons: One note -- if you have an iPhone, the maps application will take you to the wrong spot. Make sure that you either look up or print out directions beforehand.
Naples in general doesn't have a lot of nightlife, so if you're looking for that I would suggest researching some other cities too.

Accommodations have balconies and provide iPod docking stations and CD players. Local calls, and WiFi access are complimentary. Bathrooms have marble and granite fixtures and include hair dryers and scales.
Pros: Spacious clean room. Good quality bed and great staff.
Cons: Had some noise issues my first morning there about 8:15.

Pros: Rooms were clean and bright. Toiletries very good. Bed comfortable. Pool was nice. Good service at the pool. Plenty of lounge chairs for guests. Would stay at this hotel again.
Cons: The only restaurant to have lunch in the hotel was the steak restaurant. It was very expensive for lunch. We would have eaten lunch at the pool but it was raining.
Cons: All of the pillows provided were too soft, and afforded little support. The bed was too soft and by the end of the week my back was bothering me. The rest of the hotel amenities were great.
Pros: The comfort
Cons: The electricity went out. The staff took almost a days to respond to my complaint of not being able to connect to their wifi
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing. All was nice.

Pros: The staff is super efficient and quick to attend to every request. The food was incredibly good. The area is peaceful yet there was plenty to do. Our room was amazing, we had a balcony that was covered with a fan and was wonderful to sit upon. We will be back!
Cons: I wouldnt change anything.
Pros: Staff, location, property
Cons: Stayed in the tower. Beatiful gulf view but the rooms could use an update. More expensive than it should be. Daily extra 'resort" & parking fees.
Pros: Beautiful location, easy to locate, beach was a few steps out of the door, staff is very pleasant.
Cons: A little dated in decor, a number of "extra" charges. I had a contacted the resort several days before my trip to arrange some special items - they basically completely dropped the ball on these requests. They eventually got it all done but it took quite a bit of time.
Went we wanted to go out for dinner - we contacted the valet for our car. Arrived downstairs more that 15 minutes later - as they suggested. The car was not ready. We continued to wait - it was clear they did not go for the car until we arrived downstairs.
I travel often and always stay 4+ star resorts. This was A nice resort - but based on the price point $600+ per night - I really expect flawless service.
Pros: Pools were great, on site restaurant was good (pricey) and had a great view. Enjoyed siting by the fire pits at night on the beach. warms were spacious. We were across the street from main hotel but still had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. They passed out cool towels at the beach which was a nice touch.
Cons: When we asked valet for some water he said they didn't have any but we would pass several gas stations on our way that we could get some.
This sounds trivial but little things like this make this hotel rate lower then the Ritz. When we went to the Ritz for dinner that night valet gladly gives us water.
Pros: Location, location, location. That's what gives this resort 4 stars overall. Our room in the bea house building, 1st floor was literally steps from the beautiful beach right out our back sliding door. Staff very attentive. Food and drink good but overpriced as expected. You're paying for staying right on the beach with easy ability to go back and forth from the resort pool area to the beach. The furnishings in our room and building were dated and worn. Needs a facelift for the $$$ that's being charged per night. Bathroom is small. Pain to have valet and tip every time you park and need the car, plus pay $25 a night for parking. Resort fee at least included chairs and umbrellas at beach and internet. Would be nice to have a more casual express breakfast option. The pools are fine but nothing special. There are 4 but they are all small. Being able to parasail at the beach was great and there are paddle boards and jet skis for rent as well. The beach is pristine and that alone earns 4 stars. The staff is very accommodating . Loved sitting by the fire pit making s'mores at night!
Cons: Worn furnishings, no low cost option for breakfast, valet parking only, high price charged for even non- alcoholic beverages .
Pros: From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the attention was exquisite. And then it started getting better - every detail, from the decoration to the pillows to the beach-front amenities to the food (oh, the food!) was superb!
Cons: Everything was perfect - honestly
LaPlaya’s 189 accommodations and suites, 141 with their toes practically in the sand! A tasteful blend of wrought-iron furnishings, luxurious fabrics, cheery colors, and unique works of art—not to mention spectacular views of the ocean or bay—create the ideal atmosphere for a beachfront resort vacation.
Pros: Breakfast area was always very clean and well attended. Great job by the cafe staff.
Very friendly desk staff. We came back from a wedding on Saturday night and a few of the out of town guest congregated in the lobby to catch up and watch the Series. The desk clerk put on a pot of fresh coffee for us and baked up some fresh cookies. Very nice.
There's a Bob Evans across the parking lot for breakfast or dinner.
Cons: Nothing...great stay

Pros: Breakfast staff was super. Food was ok, not home cooking.
Pool was ok, seemed clean, surrounded by very nice foliage, not very warm, but not too cool. Room on second floor was quiet.
My suggestion ---- try another hotel.
Cons: Front office staff was UNFRIENDLY. Room was very expensive for the quality, this was not a suite but a small room with very OLD Bathroom. No beach towels...... No beach chairs ...... No beach umbrellas...... Other hotels provide these items on a first come basis as part of the room rental. Had to beg for sheets to be changed, including bribing the service staff.
Pros: Quiet room, large flat-panel TV.
Pros: Nice staff and breakfast included.
Cons: No elevator.
Pros: I loved the direct access our room had to the pool and the inclusive breakfast was pretty good; more than I expected of a continental breakfast. The inn is within walking distance of shopping, dining and recreational activities.
Cons: The TV although nice in size, lacked the proper HD connection so even though it was an HD TV, the picture was still mediocre.
Pros: Hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff very personable and helpful.
Cons: Older facility with added on lifts (versus elevator). Bathrooms very small.
Pros: Great location near the beach. Pools and courtyard settings are very well done...especially for the value. The room was large and comfortable.
Cons: The pillows weren't comfortable for me. Access to the refrigerator (which was in the closet) was partially blocked by the sliding closet doors.
Pros: Beautiful tropical gardens
Cons: Rooms a little outdated.

Pros: The room was nice and clean and had a lot of amenities that would make a longer stay more convenient. The breakfast buffet had waffles.
Cons: The mattress was very uncomfortable and my wife and I both woke up every morning with sore backs. And the breakfast buffet did not have bacon.
Pros: Very close to a beach
Cons: When we staid it was construction going on
Pros: Me and my wife loved the service. We has two issues and they were on it as soon as we called the front counter. We want to thank Engineering team in ground for their help and service to take care of things right away. They were always very friendly and took care of things asap.

Cons: We prepaid for our room months in advance and they told us at check in they were overbooked and sold out.
Pros: Hotel was clean and staff is very helpful and friendly!
Cons: One is not able to use phone to make a long distance call. Not even 1 800 number. Since I don't have a cell phone, I was unable to call home. That was the biggest problem for us.
Pros: All-around great place!  the front desk could not have been more fabulous. She greeted us with something nice to say every time we passed bye . Our room was fabulous. The full kitchen was a great feature. Clean, tidy, with wonderful service.
Pros: Best hotel in price point I have had in my 16 years traveling to Naples!
Pros: The room was very clean like brand new. The staff went out of there way to find dog freindly resturants. The bar served free appetisers with wine or beer.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and always helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious and met our needs. We loved the pool.
Cons: The wifi is extremely slow which was very frustrating since we were also there for business and had to go over to starbucks everyday to use theirs.
Pros: The Location, clean rooms and pillows were comfy !!
Pros: ALL THE EXTRAS THEY PROVIDE. BREAKFAST, NEWSPAPERS, HAPPY HOURS.
Pros: this could not have been better. the young lady that checked me in was so helpful and I commend her for her professionalism. she was so nice. I greatly appreciate all she did for me.
Pros: Great breakfast. Great housekeeping good location

Pros: Rooms were very clean since it appears to be either new or renovated hotel
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre
Pros: The price of this hotel and offering of an included breakfast is a great choice for a family looking for an excursion just outside of Naples Florida. The hotel looks new and needs better management and attentiveness to keep it in tip top shape. The rooms have ample space for a family of -4- to move around, sleep, and enjoy a little rest. The hotel is best for a quick rest stop moving between areas. If you use this hotel, travel into Naples for eateries or Marco Island as there is nothing of great value in the general area. It did have a car wash in front of the roadway in to clean up the car !!
Cons: We know the general area and had trouble finding the hotel as the signage did not light up at night and the roadways had no signage to direct you into the property. The beds mattress was broken and collapsed badly in the middle, neither the management nor maintenance cared of the complaint or addressing it the following morning.
The kids used the pool early Sunday and there were beer cans and towels and the bottom of the pool, obviously someone failed to clean the area prior to 9am. No hot tub or Jacuzzi either.

Pros: Me encanto el area de la playa y que la piscina estaba cerca el ambiente muy agradable , muy relajante
Cons: La comida del restaurante poco variada ,en mi caso soy alergica a los mariscos y no tuve muchas opciones

Pros: The beach at the hotel is beautiful and the area around is lovely.
Cons: We were annual visitors in the 90's with 5 other families the week before school began. We all loved it, but it is not the same now. They took us to what was supposed to be a gulf view room. It had a huge palm tree and stuck in a corner with roof angles for a view! We went back to the front desk to get it changed and we were put in another corner room, but with a partial gulf view and the asphalt parking lot. The remark was, "you booked on a travel site, so this is what happens!"That sure was not comforting to hear as a hotel guest! I can say that we were disappointed in the hotel and will not be returning or recommending to anyone in the future. It is overpriced and not value for the money.
Pros: Fantastic location on the beach, good lunch by the pool or on the beach, spacious and comfortable suites, very helpful and upbeat staff
Cons: My only complaint is with housekeeping. Our room was serviced in a lackadaisical way. The bed was made sloppily, the door was left ajar one day (!), the floor in the kitchen area was not clean, living room ignored daily. There was no attention to detail. One of the pleasures of staying in a hotel is having a lovely, well made up and clean room. This was merely so-so. Everything else is very nice at Edgewater and they should step up their game in housekeeping.
Pros: Beach location
Cons: Construction going on. Lots of noise
View of trucks and construction with a little ocean
Pros: Facilities and staff were excellent. Beautiful location. Great food. Shuttle.
Cons: Ghost ants in the bathroom.
Pros: Beautiful contemporary hotel with excellent service.

Pros: Just 2 blocks from Naples' downtown 5th Ave S, the Trianon Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, Tin City, Cove Inn and the beach. We were able to park our car upon arrival and not drive again until we checked out. The hotel is also close to Cambier Park, where we walked thru an art show on the morning we checked out. The area is charming, as is the hotel, tucked quietly away amongst shady trees. The room was laid out nicely, and very clean. We didn't partake of the breakfast items offered, choosing instead to walk to a nearby cafe. We enjoyed our evening dining and listening to music on 5th Ave S, and walked up and down that street, all the way to the beach and back, stopping in at several gift shops and art galleries. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped in at Seventh Avenue Social for late night cocktails, people watching and music. This was almost next door to the hotel.
There is a pool at the hotel, open only from 8am to dusk. The enclosure is private with nice landscaping. The staff was polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable. We live in Naples and stayed overnight for a birthday celebration, but would definitely recommend the Trianon to out of town visitors.
Cons: It would have been nice if the pool was open later into the evening and if there was a hot tub to soak in. Our view happened to be at the back of the hotel, overlooking busy streets and a maintenance area. I imagine rooms on the other side have a lovely view.
Pros: walk to everything for a great price. hotel is clean and quiet just how we wanted for relaxing getaway. the staff is okay but hotel is missing someone to help with your bags out your car. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to stay here.
Pros: Good clean rooms
Cons: Clean and spacious rooms with good helpful staff
Pros: The Old Naples Trianon's location is the best we've had in Naples Florida. The hotel is beautiful, clean and within walking distance to 5th Ave and the beach. We travel to Naples often to visit family and this is our first time staying there. We have found our new favorite place to stay. Thank you Kayak for allowing us to be open minded to change and doing so we found a gem.
Cons: The temper pedic bed was very firm and took a few nights to get used to. Not what we expected with that kind of bed. I would have slept better with a softer bed.
Elegantly casual 58 room boutique, limited service hotel in the heart of the shopping and dining district of Old Naples. Traditionally appointed with modern upgrades, the Trianon Old Naples suggests a special place with pleasant beauty and balance.
Pros: Perfect for the price and location. Very clean and modern - beds very comfy. Breakfast was buffet style - did the trick. Will stay there again!

Pros: We just spent one night there. We did not see any kids there. It would be a great place for them. The only problem I, "meaning my wife " had was it was to far from the beach. Other than that it was all the above grades I gave it. I would stay there again. Captain
