The rooom comfort. hotel location (cenetr is at reach) The rooms were not available when we got to the hotel, although it was late noon.
Friendly staff, nice rooms, free Wi-Fi.
Nice hotel in good location for Oktoberfest and exploring Munich.
Very helpful and friendly staff; good breakfast. Fair value for money. If you need to do some work in your room during your stay, you will be uncomfortable. The "desk" provided in rooms is horribly designed so you can't get your legs under it, and the chair is very uncomfortable. It is sad when design aesthetics come before functionality!
New, clean, confortable. Nice and supportive staff Quite far from the historical center. Not very fancy
The staff was very helpful, includiny converting currency and giving directions. They also provided-sold tickets to the transportation system. Also, we appreciated the interenet cubicles available and the coffee station near the elevator.
The hotel was good value for money and the location next to a subway station was ideal. No restaurants or grocery stores near the hotel.
Clean, good location, parking facility, internet for free
great location, very close to the underground, which made Oktoberfest fairgrounds easily accessible. Comfortable room, enjoyable experience. a bit pricey.
There is free internet for guests! The location was convenient. The staff helpful. Clean roooms.
Great room, great price, pleanty of space.
Stayed at this hotel in the middle of Oktoberfest with a friend and just loved it. The staff were very friendly, room beautiful, excellent bed, pillow menu(!), spacious bathroom, decent hair dryer (rare to find in hotels). You must eat at the Italian restaurant on site! We had THE BEST meal at this restaurant – we were travelling Europe for 2 months so that is a big call but it is 100% true! We had the pizza bread to start, pasta and a steak for main. I could not finish the steak as I was so full :( and even more disappointed I did not have any room left for tiramisu. The breakfast buffet was very nice also, it had a great selection of hot and cold dishes. The coffee was without a doubt the nicest breakfast coffee we had while travelling. Location was excellent; right near a Metro station that went was on the Marienplatz and BMW/Olympic line.
I think that it was one of the best hotels i have ever been,it has modern design, best value of money and fantastic service etc...... nothing
No aircondition in the superior room :(
great upper class hotel with good facilities and excellent location. clean and spacious rooms. chaotic room allocation
Close to UBahn. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. It is very noisy to the street side. There is no air-conditioning available so when the windows are closed shut, the room gets very hot. Request a room to the hof !. Also a single room doesnt have to mean a small single bed !. A bigger bed would be preferable.
Accessible location near the U Bahn, the Weissen and City Centre, nice sun terrace and contemporary room style Overpriced on this occasion although I accept this is probably due the Oktoberfest which pushes up prices. Restricted hours of the Health Suite - would have been good to use earlier in the day. Some complimentary coffee/tea and cutlery in the kitchen unit would have been nice considering the rate we were paying!
Due to overbooking was relocated to other Leonardo hotel, Leonardo Hotel & Residenz München, but still good. Good location, large room. Good breakfast. Pricey! But that for Oktoberfest time.
Room is clean and warm, reception staff are friendly and helpful
We were relocated to another hotel for 2 of the 3 nights stay due to an error on behalf of the hotel. An uninformative reception staff member provided notification of this only upon our arrival to the hotel late on the first night. The staff member was unable to advise of the address or standard of the apparently long established "partner hotel", nor could they advise of the transport arrangements for transfer thereto. This is not a 3-star hotel, rather more akin to a budget guesthouse. The room was large, but quite cold and near a noisy road. Obersendling underground stop is the nearest, not Thalkirchen as stated in the hotel overview. The hotel overview also refers to cable tv, however, the tv in the room was exceptionally antiquated.
Hotel staff, breakfest Location is not a best one
The receptionist were v helpful
the room was clean and the bathroom rather big not easy to find
Close to City Centre but not too noisy.
The staff is excellet The hotel room is small for 3 persons. Although they seld a triple room is in fact a double room with extra bed. The extra bed is very bad.
The hotel staff was excellent. Very helpfull and kind. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were cosy. Beds were very comfortable.
the ratio cost/benefit was very high, in other words quite costly for what you get

On the positive side: hotel staff apart from the owner was friendly and the breakfast was ok. On the negative side: we got a quadruple room which was a normal double bed room with a tiny bathroom. It was impossible for a family to stay there: one double bed was only 130cm wide so that they could fit it into the room, the chest was not capable of covering for 4 people and the bathroom was so tiny that at any time only one person could use it. To get dressed usually two people had to go on the corridor to give enough space to others to use it. The price was still enormous. The owner did not want to listen to our complaint, I feel that he is extremely greedy as the price was still high. Apart from the size of the room the hotel is run down and urgently needs investment
