Pros (+) Good hotel in walking range to restaurants and sightseeing.
Cons (-) Breakfast room is REALLY small, had to take it to the room.
Cons (-) Pictures online made rooms look great. Reality was run down room with a new coat of paint. Dirty dirty dirty. Smeared fecal matter on bathroom door. Continental breakfast was stale cereal and bread for toast. Awful place and will never stay again.
Pros (+) The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Hot shower with great water pressure. Great location.
Cons (-) Floors were laminate and cold. Needed more blankets. Towels were awful. P.E. kind of awful.

Cons (-) The bed was a little firm for my liking but not too bad. It appeared the room above ours (we were in 101) is the owner/manager residence. Could here every footstep all night long. Sounded like kids playing and running through the house. Multiple loud bumps through the night which awakened us.
