Breakfast was lacking
Price and location with a wonderful friendly staff. The new floor was great and the beds comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
There was a chemical smell from the recent remodeling. The tap water was nasty, probably from remodeling. Maybe it would improve after letting it run for a while, but I wasn't about to give it a second try. The bathroom was not cleaned well especially around the base of the toilet.
Nice pool area and hot tub.
Staff seemed half asleep and not eager to Check us in.
Continental breakfast was sad, hot tub jets were cold water. Secure bike storage was a bike rack outside by the pool
Hair in the reused sheets and pee on the toilet
Very poor customer service & misleading booking information
The location was great, not far from the center of Moab and national parks around.
We booked a room for 5 adults via booking.com. When we arrived there, we had beds only for 4 people there even though my reservation was saying 5 people. The receptionist was not friendly and told us that we have to pay extra if we want to have extra bed in the room! The 5th person was otherwise supposed to sleep amongst 2 persons on one bed! Be careful when booking, they clearly don't know how to manage their booking page. She didn't even fully installed the bed in the room and the extra bed was unconfortable and shabby. The stuff was not helpful both Moni and Amber couldn't provide an acceptable explanation of their weird booking policy and didn't do any step towards us. Also the room was small for 4 or 5 people with luggage. The breakfast was quite simple, lots of people and not enough space. I think that you can find better accomodation for similar price in Moab. There were many other hotels.
Room was clean and made up well by the staff while we were out. N/a
I have worked in the hospitality industry most of my life. This hotel was clean, comfy and affordable!
Overall it is a good hotel
Upgraded us to a suite due to water leak in original room
Stain on sheet on bed
the location was convenient. The rooms were updated
The staff were not friendly or helpful. They bordered on rude. The breakfast wasn't great, and there wasn't adequate space. The rooms were updated, but very crowded.
Clean and comfortable.
Staff came to clean room before we were awake (at 9am). Extra charge showed up on credit card after we left with no explanation.
Room were modern , clean
Breakfast is a joke
Location,Moab has 2 fantastic national parcs in the direct surroundings.
The price! Too much for a hotel like this. It is a motel like you see in many town in the usa, nothing special, The breakfast is poor, the space for having it is much too small! Reasanoble prive would be half, around 70-80 dollars. The service upon check-in and check out and with breakfast was ok, but without any extra attention, not even thanks for staying with us. Just can we balance the same creditcard as presented upon check-in? There are many alternatives in the same surroundings, not cheap also but maybe better overall experience..
helpful staff - wifi - information file about area/shops/restaurants in the room - good and helpful staff at breakfast area
breakfast area sometimes overcrowded - fridge in room wasn't working greatly but staff was helpful and tried to fix it immediately - shower curtain really needed some cleaning (bad smell)
the cleanliness (there was a cockroach on the pillow !) and the noise (we heard all our neighbours).
Agreeable, shaded pool area
Too small breakfast area, sometimes a line
The facilities and the room were clean and fairly spacious.
The mattress was a bit too firm
It was available for 6 nights together whereas others were not. However, it required making three separate reservations thru three separate on-line companies to get all 6 nights
This hotel is not well kept. It was musty, outdated, and lacked any charm or place to feel comfortable. It was only a bed to sleep in. It boasted a complimentary breakfast which was a small overcrowded area which offered toast, cereal and coffee. It was not a pleasant experience and the cost was over-priced for what was received
clean hotel, good location, to all the sights and trails in the area
I really liked the hotel. It was very confortable and nice!
The hotel was quite close to Arches and Canyonland National Parks. Nice swimming pool.
Breakfast room was really too small compared to the number of guests
