Rooms ok. Housekeeping good. Pool area ok. Staff always busy. Poolside food ok - especially if you like chips. Decent rate - 40 euro / night for 2 bed apartment, could sleep 7 - would be quite intimate though. Popular with families - lots of kids - hence a certain noise level. Poolside entertainment a bit crass. Wristband only system for purchasing food and drinks. Mosque next door - call to prayer, farm the other side - cock a doodle do.
The Hotel was very Central, the staff and entertainers were helpful nothing was too much trouble and our rooms were spotless.
Very friendly and helpful staff, food assortment and quality is very good and the rooms are very comfortable. There are many good quality restaraunts within walking distance. Ample oppotunity for sun lovers to get out and play in the sun, day trips, excusions and spa's a plenty. At night the city offers lots of distraction with restaraunts all offering some "added value"entertainment. The hotel shop/bars/restaraunt/spa were a bit on the expensive side in comparison to nearby bars/restaraunts/shops/spa's
The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. They had a lovely spa service at very reasonable prices. In general, the service staff (bartenders and wait staff) were very sour and unfriendly. The hotel was somewhat rundown and for the amount of people, the facilities were small and crowded. This hotel caters to young families and is loud and cramped. Not the place to go for a true Turkish experience, as the food seems to cater to the British palate. The liquor on offer is very limited.
Allways smiling and nice staff personnel. Profesional staff, and quiet place. We enjoyed the hotel alot. We will for sure go back some day.
The room was spacious enough. Recepsion was really helpful. Special thanks to Ms Ela. The pool was really crowded and by the afternoon it was not that clean. Hamam staff was not helpful at all.
This place caters to sleaze and scumbags. It's "all inclusive" which means you can eat as much of their disgusting food as you can handle, but no bottled water or ice cream, which costs extra. Beware of any hotel that forces you to pay up front. You couldn't pay me to stay in this dump again. I hated just about everything about the hotel. We booked a "triple" room, which is the same sized room as a single or a double. They just charge more for the extra person. I told the hotel that I was unhappy and felt like they booking.com description misrepresented the hotel, and I asked a dozen times for a refund so that I could stay in a respectable place. They refused.
I have been in this hotel 2 times. Since my last visit food a little bit changed but nevertheless it s excellent. Hotel is very very nice. Staff is very friendly and always is ready for help. Rooms are rather big and comfortable. Every night show. Nice animation team. Hotel is really far from sea. You can walk nearly 20-30 mnt or use dolmush
This hotel was fantastic staff were brilliant hotel was spotless clean N/A
we didn't like anything during our stay in thr gizem apartment. I can't find any classification to rate this hotel. We didn't like the attitude of the hotel management, nor the services provided at the hotel the toilet was broken drainage overflow the doors of the room are jammed and the other one with lose handle which is a safety hazard.
hotel classical key is tied to the light key, so if you put it to open the door, the light is turned off, you can't find out key hole in the dark. No TV, wet bed sheets ,cold water shower neither bedside lights nor bedside switch. I arrived late at night and checked out early in the next morning with another 2 days room charges left.
The room was large and when we asked for extra blankets they were immediately provided Hot water was extremely slow in coming in the shower, up to 10 minutes.
No wifi in the room as advertised. The place is very noisy because of the nearby pub and bar.
Room was spacious and clean, but the location is not suitable for a quiet holiday. Very noisy at night. You have to pay an extra fee for A/C
It´s clean. Apartments are quite big. If u like party and loud music, and Marmaris in general the hotel it´s not that bad. It´s quite economic and well located in one of the main streets of Marmaris. My room was incredible hot, and u must pay for air-conditioned, but the machine is located on the main room not in the bedroom. Anyway it was very difficult for me to sleep in such a warm bedroom. Marmaris is a very noisy place and so was the hotel, and specially my apartment located just above the pub. Windows dont close properly so u can´t avoid the noise. The bathroom looks a bit old. There is no parking.
The staff were absolutely brilliant especially the Entertainment Staff, they made my holiday. There wwe at least 3 shows a night and they were very funny and friendly. Also liked the bar staff. The main bedroom was too hot as the airconditioning was in the other room.
Cheap price if you can live with dislikes. Room style and comfort didn't match with what I saw at the reservation stage. Very nosy at the night. No wi-fi in the room.
The price was very cheap. We were given the room on the ground floor which did not look like on the photo at all. The shower was horrible and you have to pay for AC. The swimming pool was packed. If you want to go the centre of the town, it is better to have a car.
