Pros: Free minibar, beautiful room, great service.
Cons: Only complaint is lack of booze in the casino and too few bars.Accidentally booked my hotel on the China side and didnt have a visa so was hoping for some vegas style partying as i am not a gambler when i booked the room as an alternative. Other than that, the facilities were great! A bit of ultra luxury that helped me unwind in the middle of a long bacpacking trip.

Pros: Room was beautiful and had a welcome gift. The resort pool is a day vacation by itself. Love hotel Okura.
Cons: A few restaurants were closed due to COVID but that is reasonable.

Pros: The staffs are nice and helpful. I am totally okay to stay in this hotel again if the price less than $90. The location is easy for me to find a taxi. Very convenient to go to anywhere in Macau with a small pay for example mop$90 to Venetian and mop$60 to central.
Cons: I booked at wrong timing. It is in construction for remodeling the hotel. It is very noisy. They startet at 10am - 6pm. The hotel seems a little bit old school. That is why it needs to be remodeled and offered a low price for me.

Pros: Great hotel with great amenities in a great location. Pool facility is fantastic and staff was extremely accomodating. Room itself was a tad dated, but upkeep was great. Location near the main ferry terminal is fantastic. With regards to some of the poorer reviews, the key is value. If you are showing up here and expecting a brand new five-star hotel, you are going to be a little disappointed. If that is what you want, there are plenty of options down the street that cost 5X as much. For me, I found the Grand Lapa to be a tremendous value that exceeded my expectations.

Pros: We were thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe suite. It was the nicest room I've ever stayed in.
Cons: The hotel and casino were fairly empty on a Friday night. It seems the crowds of people stay in Cotai instead, which is why rooms out there are pricier.

Pros: The hotel reception was beautiful and we were served jasmine tea as we waited to sign in, really nice touch. The brilliant Eric on reception tempted us with a room upgrade and we could not have been happier! Our room was exceptional and the bonus of using the Lounge on floor 17 was cherry on the cake. Literally everything about our stay was fantastic, not a single bad word to say! We barely left the hotel except a quick visit to the casino at the Venetian. We will absolutely be coming back!
Cons: Nothing... literally nothing I could criticise. Exceptional service. Friendly, polite. Our room was the height of luxury.

Pros: Everything is walking distance.
Cons: The staff are pretty rude! Not the front desk but everywhere else. No bother in helping you at all and if they do they are very rude about it and just point you instead of really helping! Not so foreign friendly at all.. Please teach staff to be more courteous to guest! i don't know if that's just how they are but in Las Vegas everyone is very courteous and helpful rather than just pointing! This is what makes Las Vegas one of kind! They really make you not want to leave!!!

Pros: Nice older hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and excellent Chinese restaurant in the lobby. Also, Guia Hill area is a very nice area of Macau to walk and explore the real Macau, not the casinos. I will stay there again.
