Plane and comfort great, crew and service OK
Pros: Plane Enrertainment
Cons: Boarding process (first the ground crew is rushing everybody, then you sit on the tarmac for a while) Politeness of the crew

Comfortable trip
Pros: On time departures, friendly staff.
Cons: The food... enough said. Especially things that are called "pizza", or "sandwich" :) But oh well, as long as you leave and arrive on time no big deal.

Overall was a goid flight
Pros: Flight was pretty good, Food was good, I enjoyed it.
Cons: Boarding needs more work, not very efficient when inside the plane, but very organized boarding when starting to board the plane. Need more choices in entertainment.

Cons: I did not like that Lufthansa charges to make a seat reservation. Also, coach seats are cramped, very little leg room.

Pros: The Economy Plus is really comfortable. The crew is amazing.
