breakfest and service bed was horrible
absolutly lovely, the room was tiny but very cozy. Tea and coffee in the room, a very big window with a cute view on the roof of the city. amazing breakfast, room and shared bathroom very clean.
I arrived in Lubeck after the reception for the hotel had closed. As they knew I would be arriving late the staff left my room keys with a neighbouring hotel which really helped. The breakfast was excellent.
the stuff spoke english and the room and the hotel itself was so clean tidy.
Single rooms decent value and great location in a quiet street in the historic city centre. Staff pleasant and helpful, and buffet breakfast tasty. Lübeck is an attractive small city worth visiting. Room small. Shared bathroom immaculate, worth the compromise for the location and price. No bar in the hotel, although you could get drinks to take to your room.
Beautiful hotel. Very good breakfasts and excellently positioned. My second stay there and I hope to come again soon.
Pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and I appreciated its central location.
Great Breakfast! Staff were helpful with my late check in. Room was a bit hot and too nosiy to open the window.
Excellent central location for exploring Lubeck and surrounding area. Very helpful staff who spoke good English.
Breakfast, locality, room comfort No lifts
Very well presented hotel. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. good location for city centre, about 15 minutes walk from rail station.
Quiet, very centrally located, friendly staff. Carrying up the luggage to the third floor.
Location excellent in the centre of the old town - literally in the shadow of the Marienkirche. The breakfasts were good and the owners/reception staff were friendly. Drinks were available all day and we were given a kettle to make drinks in our room - one of the owners carried this up to our room in one hand and my wife's suitcase in the other! Despite the advantages, this hotel seemed just a little too basic in what it offered for the price when compared with other hotels we stayed in during our tour of North Germany. Mid-way between a B&B and hotel the room was slightly small, we were on the third floor and there was no lift, there was no air-conditioning and there were no notices in the room for us to indicate when we were ready for the room to be cleaned.
No smooking hotel. In town center. Clean room and nice breackfirst. Own parking No airecondition. Loud churchbells from the "Marienkirche" every hour all the night.
the friendly staff and the proximity to the center of the historic city bathrooms were small, in particular the showers. Everything got wet.
very near to the main shopping street; very nice breakfast
Central location, very attentive staff, excellent breakfast and a pleasant city
All the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful and nothing was ever too much bother for them. A wonderful stay Showers were a bit cramped
the hotel room was clean, comfortable and modern. There was a charge for using the wireless networking. These days charging for wifi access is a bit out of date.
This hotel was in a perfect place for explotring Lubeck. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful.
Hotel Haase was the most charming, best room of our stay in Germany and Denmark. Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast...the hotel's garden in the back could be a Luebeck site in itself. But the best part was the kind professionalism and kind attention of both the owner and of the young woman who ran this lovely place. Not a thing. Wish we could have stayed longer
