Cons (-) A lot of noise from the construction. Only one door to get in and out way back by the pool. Breakfast needs a better attendant.

Cons (-) Upon arriving in the room notes a general lack of freshness. Upon inspecting the restroom noted a red/brown substance on the outside of the tub. Unsure what it was but with small child was not going to stay somewhere where cleaning is not important. Pros (+) hotel was clean and staff was very nice. We were snowed in a few days so spent more time at hotel than planned.
Cons (-) The heater in the main common area wasn't working. The staff member handling breakfast had to wear 2 coats. Everyone wore coats to breakfast. Yes, the door faced the north but that wasn't the problem. Cold air blowing from vents.
