Pros (+) Appeared clean.
Cons (-) There was no running water in the morning so couldn't take a shower, brush teeth, or flush the toilet. I put my parents up for the night and they are in their seventies. When I asked for some compensation or at least bottled water for my parents they could't help. Very upset that my parents had to endure such conditions.

Pros (+) We were looking for a cheaper hotel room because we were only staying one night and wouldn't be in the hotel much. America's best value was the most affordable in the area, and although the surroundings weren't ideal, the hotel was clean, smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The room cooled off quickly with the AC, and I got to catch up on one of my shows with the cable on-demand. All in all...
Cons (-) We would have liked a later check out, but were told they could only extend us by 30 minutes without charge due to bookings. And like I said the street and immediate surroundings didn't appear to be very inviting, but it was good enough for us for a one night stay.
