Great for transport as just by Warren Street tube station and good breakfast but my single room was ridiculously tiny even by London standards. Basic gymnastic skills were required to use the bathroom.

Pros (+) Marena (server in the restaurant) really hustled and kept good cheer despite being very busy. Other staff offered very good service, as well. Breakfast buffet was well appointed and tasty.
Cons (-) Very poor value for the money. The room was quite cramped, awkward layout, and noisy (even though the front desk said it was the quiet side of the hotel). Seating in the room and throughout the hotel common area is old and uncomfortable. I won't go back.

Cons (-) The rooms are a bit noisy. They need to replace the windows which do not close very well so you hear all the noise from outside. Staff could be more courteous.
Pros (+) Great location - and was very close to King's Cross which was a big reason for booking this last minute. Room is small but exactly the space needed. Beautiful space and very comfortable.
Cons (-) Would be great if hotel could have USB outlets as a replacement for plugs and need for adapters in charging tech gadgets.
