Pros: I loved the fact that the toilet was separate from the bath/shower room. That was really useful. Everything was spotless and easy to use. The staff were brilliant too.

Pros: Close to tube

Cons: The carpet is very very worn in the room and needs to be replace the carpet is all warped and caused tripping. Carpet worn Very thin and dirty

Pros: The room size is quite large for England. The well padded desk chair in the room is amazingly comfortable! I even looked it up online wanting to buy one, it costs over 600GBP each.... *yikes*

Cons: Though this hotel was quite good overall, it is not anywhere near 4-star expected level of quality and room interior. Novotel is definitely a 3-star hotel chain across the board. I am surprised it is a 4-star rating here.
