Pros: Crew were amazing- coffee was amazing- comfortable seats a delight
Cons: Other passengers were drinking a lot of beer and congregating in the aisles and being loud and disturbing.
Pros: Crew were great.
Cons: Again late boarding meant a late take off.
Pros: Crew were good! Happy and cheerful
Cons: Seemingly late boarding meant a late take off
Cheap flight, terrible service
Pros: Price was good
Cons: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.
I gor charged unnecessary check in fees
Pros: The original price
Cons: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund
Pros: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
Cons: The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.
Lauda concentrates most of its flight operations in Paris.
KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including Lauda.
Based in Vienna, Lauda flies across Europe and Northern Africa. The Austrian airline mainly targets vacation destinations and boosts services in peak periods to countries such as Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Germany. Additional hubs are situated in Stuttgart and Düsseldorf, which spread the traffic of European flights.
It is owned by Ryanair and operates alongside attached subsidiaries Ryanair Sun and Ryanair UK. As a result of the partnerships, Lauda is able to benefit from hub and resource sharing, resulting in more direct services for passengers.
Economy is the predominant class and takes up the majority of cabins, with some rows reserved for Premium Economy. The basic fare provides seats with 32 in of legroom, while the upgraded section adds an extra 2 in. Both fares are located within the same cabin, meaning there is no class separation. The seats are set at a 118° angle and don’t recline, so you won’t have to worry about the person in front of you taking up your space. All passengers are permitted a small piece of hand luggage that must fit under the seat in front.
Unlike other Ryanair subsidiaries, Lauda flies exclusively Boeing aircraft. The short-to-medium distance A320 jets are the preferred model and can carry approximately 180 people. Austria’s national colors of red and white decorate the planes. Each aircraft is named after a famous icon, such as John Lennon, Freddie Mercury, Pablo Picasso, Ray Charles, and Frida Kahlo. The names are not printed on the jets but the cabin crew will be able to inform you which one you are traveling on.
