Pros (+) Easy check in, flexible, friendly staff. Good location, pool looked good. Bathroom was pretty clean.
Cons (-) Sheets and blankets were dirty, toilet made strange noises, shower turned hot and cold. You can smell other guests smoking outside their rooms.

Pros (+) very friendly staff and owners .....clean rooms the grounds are also kept up with great vigor, cant wait to book again for next year., it is quiet and you dont have problems with neighbor noise as the rooms are very quiet and they offer exclusive non smoking areas ..love that!!!
Cons (-) small bathroom and lighting..if highway noise bothers you might want to find another location, it did not bother us

Pros (+) Fran Cove is right off the main street & super close to the highway. The Trolley pulls into the parking lot to take you to town if you don't want to drive. Super clean, nice room, good linens, ice, soda machine, amazingly clean pool. Beautiful flowers & pristine grounds. Enjoy the picnic area, have a family BBQ. Bethany, our Room maid is THE BEST! (the Owners are great, too)
Cons (-) It needs a teeny bit of updating. (The bed) Smoking is right outside our room and the smoke - of course, goes right into our room. No need to complain when there is nothing bad or sad at all to say about Fran Cove!!! Stay here and be very happy.

Pros (+) This place was immaculate! The pool was great, really clean! The outdoor areas were well maintained and decorated nicely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless.
Cons (-) The king size mattress was not the best quality and not very comfortable. The sheets were crisp and good quality! The pillows were good!
