Great crew from Chile... planes are getting very dated
Chatdeal messed up my reservation and I lost my entire vacation.
Delta sky lounge in terminal 2 is a disaster!
Attendants seemed stressed, the food given was really bad, the flight departed and arrived on time, the media content was good,
I will flight again with latam
The Time from cusco to lima is short and good. I would like more food and different drink because only water and chocolate stick. The informacion of crew captain is only spanish and very quick.
The second baggage should be free
Staff at the Airport was very good .
A Latam crew member at the Trujillo airport singled me out (racism??) and falsely claimed that my carry-on bag was too big and needed to be checked. Clearly it is not. It is specified as carry-on sized bag and I carried it on my trip into Peru without any problems. It was comparable in size to everyone else's bag around me. But, I was not about to get into an argument at the airport in a foreign country and, thus risk my safety or jeopardize my journey home to the States. So, I checked it begrudgingly. In Lima, my seat number was changed and I was never notified. The actual crew on the airplanes were nice. The movie selection was good but needs closed captioning in English. The food was disgusting.
Catering was minimal. Would have liked a small bite to eat and more variety in drinks.
The entertainment was off
Great crew. Understandably we love more room but that’s just the nature of air travel these days. :-)
plenty of leg room in the 787-900 - almost size of premium economy - meals were good, good entertainment with latest movies TV series eg House of Dragons
The staff was more attentive than any staff has been in a long time. Boarding was efficient. The seats are low and I could not put my backpack under the seat in front of me. I can’t recall not being able to do that. The food was horrible. Chicken breast at dinner was completely dried out. We were not given packets of salt and pepper. Way too few vegetables. They were two, Maybe 2 1/2 inch rounds of zucchini, with dinner and two roasted Cherry tomatoes with breakfast.
The wait in lines!
The easy way to get it, but the only thing i did not like was the charges of the luggages.
My flight out of JFK airport left late so I landed late in Sao Paulo, Brazil and ended up missing my connecting flight to Porto Seguro. Because of this I missed the welcoming party to my friend's wedding in Trancoso. I was stuck in Sao Paulo for 12 hours. I realized afterwards that even if my plane had landed on time in Sao Paolo, between re-checking my luggage, going through Customs, and the long walk to the next connecting gate, I would barely have had enough time to catch the connecting flight. LATAM should allow more time to transfer between connecting flights in Sao Paulo for international travelers. A transfer time of 1 hour 20 minutes isn't enough. Do I get some kind of voucher for this?
The whole service did very well.. excellent job…
Nice people. Excellent service. Poor entertainment
We hadn’t used LATAM Airlines and we pleasantly surprised that airline was a great choice. The communication through their app and notifications were very helpful
The flight from Cusco to Lima was fine. The boarding was a little chaotic but it sorted out. We were 45 min late in departure and during the flight, the flight attendant asked about our connection to see if we were ok. When we landed, there was a LATAM agent at the gate to gather the passengers with connections and walked us through the Lima airport to our departure gates so we wouldn’t be lost - very nice courtesy for those of us with connections!
Thank very much
Everything was good
No me gustó nada, deberían de tratar de no mover los horarios de vuelos originales.
Well, I think that service is ok, because my experience of check-in in the app was slow, other hand, the rest activities of trip was good.
On board LATAM Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x35x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the LATAM Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.

A mix of both Airbus and Boeing aircraft are chosen to fill out the fleet, with a preference for narrow-body jets that are designed to carry between 150 and 250 passengers. Airbus A320 models are most commonly flown for short-to-medium distance routes within Latin America, while the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is chosen for transcontinental flights.
