No frills flight, but very bit late and a bag violated
Pros: The plane and the meal was good. The flight was late but the airline sent us a message very early in the date informing of revised departing time.
Cons: One of my my bags was violated

Our flights was cancelled 2 days before flying.
Cons: We are having trouble getting our money back from vayama. They are bouncing us back between LAM airline and them. LAM needs vayama to contact them for authorisation to release the funds. It is very hectic.

Cons: Though I had checked in on line LAM staff said I was not listed as a passenger and required me to go to the SAA counter to retrieve my ticket number. The crew on the flight were not terribly attentive. And this when traveling business.
