Pros (+) Comfortable beds, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and the washing machine was free. Fantastic value for money, I got some deal where it was only 1400 yen per night.
Cons (-) As usual in a Japanese guesthouse, the stairs were steep, but it wasn't a problem.
