Pros: Crew, Food, seat
Cons: Seat cushion
Pros: The crew were really nice and kind and the comfort with the seat was also very good but if your aisle is not window it's really not easy for sleep
Cons: The entertainment with movies and shows were outdated except a few. If only they had more options it would've been a great experience
Cons: As always it's going to be jetlag but the entertainment system program, if they only provided more options then it would've been great but the shows and movies were outdated except a few and it was a boring, tiring flight but overall with the crew and comfort was a great experience from Kuwait.
Pros: crew was not amazing at all. basic.
Cons: my luggage never arrived in Dhaka.
Pros: crew is mediocre. i flew buisiness class and the crew did a basic job. Qatar and Emirates treat business class far better than Kuwait Airways does.
Cons: better service, care, follow up. kuwait airways also lost my luggage.
Pros: The economy seat comfortable.
Pros: I was happy that they didn't lose my luggage like they did on the way to Dhaka.
Cons: Service is consistently poor and flight attendants don't seem to be trained at the level of Qatar and Emirates.
Pros: Kuwait Airways is steps behind Qatar and Emirates. The only thing i liked was the fact that business class was empty...but maybe there's a reason for that.
Cons: Service on Kuwait Airways is poor in business class I didn't feel like we were in business class or treated that way. The flight attendants seemed very rushed and not necessarily attentive to us likeQatar and Emirates does. Furthermore, my checked bag never made it to my final destination.
Pros: The crew members were attentive, the seat was spacious.
Cons: Movie selection and orderly handling boarding.
If you will be flying Kuwait Airways with children, make sure to take note of the fact that the company offers infant and kid-friendly meals at no additional cost, with some food examples including purees, hamburgers, pizza, and spaghetti. Items such as toys and carry cots can also be requested on a first-come, first-serve basis in order to make your little one’s trip as enjoyable as possible.
Although the airline’s hub is located in Kuwait, the company flies to over 30 additional international destinations that can be found in the Middle East, Asia, North America, and Europe. While the United Arab Emirates and Jordan are some of the most popular countries for customers to go to in the Middle East, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom are big destinations in Europe.
Kuwait Airways has partnerships and codeshare agreements with four other airlines, which are Yemenia, Ethiopian Airlines, Middle East Airlines, and Alitalia. One of these companies might end up helping to service one of your flights.
With over five different types of aircrafts in its possession, Kuwait Airways has managed to create an impressive fleet that is composed of just over 25 individual planes. Most of the aircrafts are either Airbus or Boeing, and the most commonly flown is the Airbus A320-200, a plane that can fit up to 130 passengers and is often used for short to medium-range flights. However, for longer international flights, the airline oftentimes employs the Boeing 777-300ER, as it is a large plane that can fit upwards of 300 individuals, including the crew.
