Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions, public transport, and food options. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, bugs, and poor hygiene standards. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others encountered unhelpful or unfriendly attitudes. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the guest experience.
