Pros (+) From beginning to end, our stay was phenomenal. This staff is professional and courteous. The resort community itself is gated with someone staffing the gatehouse. Pros (+) the settings, the pools, it was clean and keep well
Cons (-) when booking online disclose all the hidden charges, they advertise a reasonable rate then hit you with high parking fees, then high resort fees, i could have stayed in a better place if i had known the true cost. and they don't disclose till you show up and can't cancel your reservation. i call that a bait and switch.

Cons (-) Towels are not available at the swimming pools after mid-afternoon; take towels from your room. We sat at a table under the umbrellas outside the Yellowfin Bar & Grill in the afternoon and were completely ignored by the servers; somebody passing by could have stopped by to say "You have to order at the bar". The mandatory resort fees are high.
