The staff was incredibly rude on multiple occasions. The bathrooms aren’t shown in the photos for a reason - a cruise shop bathroom is bigger. Pros (+) We arrived at Ibis Bay Beach Resort in the late afternoon. Check in was very easy and we were intrigued by the “old school” room key. The room was very cute, small, and clean. We had planned a very busy trip of sightseeing in Key West and the Dry Tortugas, so the room was just about perfect for us.
