I never mad a reservation so I didn’t fly. This was fraud. Take me off your email!! 😡

Soulless machine on the boarding that doesn’t allow even 100gr of overweight. Old airplane in poor condition.

2 hours to check-in, flight delayed 90 min, no timely information. Horrible experience

Cons: I wish I was told my ticket did not include a meal upfront.

Cons: Flight attendant presentation (uniforms were not very high quality)

Pros: AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia.

Cons: Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you.
