The room was amazing! The laminate was pulling up a little under the desk chair, but no biggie. We weren't able to use the pool area because of how many kids were there which was unfortunate because we had specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. Pros (+) Staff was extremely accommodating, my room was great, everything about the stay was a genuinely good experience.
Cons (-) Room service took a little long, but my order was very beautifully presented and extremely high quality food.

Pros (+) Old hotel!!! The location was perfect in downtown, but the hotel was under construction, broken tile in the lobby, primer on the walls, small check in area, etc.l Worst part was their air system only does heat or AC based on the outside weather. Our room was 80 the entire weekend. Parking garage is terrible. Do not take large vehicle in garage. I would not recommend.

Cons (-) The room was cold...no heat. 2 lights were out in the room at check in...another was falling out of the ceiling. The view from our room was nice...but the window had face prints all over it n I told my daughter not to touch it. The shower had hair in it at check in.
