Pros (+) We booked this stay due to a death in the family and we needed last minute accommodations for several people. I made a mistake when booking online and upon contacting the hotel, the staff immediately accommodated us for the correct night, searched out the best available price and truly went above and beyond to be kind and hospitable. Pros (+) Propertg was a pleasant surprise. Close but not next to I81. No road noise. Very clean..tv not hd.perdonel friendly anx responsive. Had t. Isshe that was resolved in ten minutes. Overall a very good value.
Cons (-) The room had trash in the draws and someone's bra hanging in the bathroom. The front end was rude and didn't care. Room was not ready at check in time.
Cons (-) Our room was a smoking room and it seemed like that was the default. Room smelled terrible. Front desk was unable to accommodate at all.
