Not enough leg space, don't like having to pay for a seat assignment or the perception that I have to, a lot of "nickel and dime" on everything, and didn't care for the pushing of credit card.
I was very happy to fly frontier airlines. They were not less even beter then 3 big airlines. So I highly recomend frontier airlines to anyone Who wishes to travel.
We did have a minor delay, but besides that everything went smoothly.
They could have had kiosks for bag tags ! Made us wait in a long line for bag drop off
Friendly service, well run flight. The entertainment options are non-existent, and the food options are limited.
Everything was ok
Flight attendants was late and that is very unacceptable
Efficient, friendly crew! No food unless for purchase or entertainment. But I didn’t care about those. Friendly staff! Personable
They literally shut the gate as we were coming to the door-we were not late-and wouldn’t let us on. We were waiting to board last with a 3 year old. We had been at the gate for an hour. I do not plan to ever fly with frontier again. Also trying to work with the staff at the gate was a joke and they were immediately rude as we stood at the gate door for 30 minutes looking at the plane we were supposed to be on. We had 2 children and 2 women-one was pregnant and received no help.
Frontier gets me to my destination consistently. Does anything else really matter? Good airline, good prices.
More choices for internet connections … also more different snack choices.. seats could always be comfortable but for the price I get why
It would be so much easier if the plane was boarded rear first front last. Neither Frontier flight I took during my travel was on time. Frontier Flight attendant Olivia left all of her other crew members hanging while she chatted and cooed with a crying baby during the entire boarding process. This delayed the boarding process as they had to overcompensate for her not handling her part of the plane. The flight did still arrive on time even though we left 45 minutes late. I guess I cannot complain about that.
Be prepared to be treated as an inmate!
eDreams bought two tickets as one trip. For that reason my baggage stay in Orlando. That’s on eDreams. The app is not friendly neither the app of Frontier. I enjoy traveling with Frontier but next time I will purchase directly with them.
No food but drinks available to buy. Trip good!!
They wake u up with lights and noise to try sell you their credit card
Massive further delays after initial delays. Not weather related. Take care of your planes!
Good flight in time
They cancel our flight for next day, refund $25 until September 28 (ridiculous) and for the terrible time that I pass and lost money on Friday because I suppose to work
For a discount airline it was perfect for a short flight. No issues whatsoever.
The flight was delayed which is disappointing but I understand that things happen beyond your control. What I did not like was the lack of accurate information about the delay, the accuracy of the information, and the timeliness of the information that was given. The flight crew was as friendly and accommodating as possible, but I did not like that everyone was boarded on the plane then had to sit there on the ground for approximately an hour and a half waiting on the ground crew to load our luggage.
Delayed, super uncomfortable, nothing to entertain at the gate. Terrible
Plane was looking new, crew was helpful, its suppose to land at 10.30pm but its did 9.55pm. 35mint earlier. Better than Spr.....
Most uncomfortable seats ever
Not much enforcement of masks
The pilots waited til they were going to have work overtime then told us they needed to stay in vegas. This all occurred after the flight was delayed AND then after we were already all boarded on the plane. We all had to deplane and wait for new pilots to come fly us. It was terrible logistical planning and staffing inefficiencies on the part of Frontier.
Entertainment and food not applicable
Flight was late. Seat lacks padding. No free snacks or drinks.
Focusing predominantly on domestic travel within the United States, Frontier flies to smaller regional locations as well as large cities. Controlling operations from a hub in Denver, the airline reaches more than 105 locations across the United States. Services are also available to international vacation destinations in Mexico, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the Dominican Republic.
Frontier operates as an ultra-low-cost carrier with competitive prices and direct single-leg trips. Fares are kept low by sacrificing luxuries, such as in-flight entertainment devices, while meals and drinks can be purchased as extras. It is a subsidiary of IndiGo Partners, which also controls JetSMART, Volaris, and Wizz Air. A codeshare agreement is held with carrier Volaris, expanding the possible connections between Mexico and the United States.
It is possible to sit in either Economy or Stretch (their version of Premium Economy). The chairs are not designed to recline, meaning the person in front of you won’t encroach on your space. Seats in the Stretch section have roughly an extra 5 in of legroom and a large pull-out tray that is ideal for working on a laptop.
Exclusively Airbus aircraft are chosen for the fleet, with Frontier preferring narrow-body jets like the A320 family. One of the most commonly flown models is the A320neo, which has tremendous fuel efficiency and can carry approximately 186 passengers. The planes have distinctive animals painted on the tails and are all unique images. Among the animals featured are rabbits, dolphins, bears, sea otters, and penguins. The names of the characters appear underneath the cockpit windows.
