internet, pool not much
staff the room and service
The breakfast did not have enough fruit.
Staff took care of my concerns. Had to move 3 rooms. 1st room the AC didn't work. 2nd room smelled like a gym bag, 3rd try was fine. Hotel was under renovations which wasn't mentioned at time of booking. Pool was closed as well.
Beautiful lobby, friendly, professional staff. Very clean throughout the facility. quiet, spacious rooms. Nothing
The breakfast was very nice and good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. King size mattress was lumpy and sagging and recliner chair in the room looked dirty and torn.
Walking distance from the beach. Nice swimmingpool and good breakfast. Located far from downtown.
Staff. Clean. Breakfast. Size
Reasonable cost, comfortable stay. location of the Hotel too far out if you have no transport and no or limited public transport on the weekend.
We had no complaints- staff was wonderful We have no complaints
We spent a night between family visits here and enjoyed the Central location , clean modern rooms. With a morning breakfast. I think it could have been priced at about $139
The king size bed was old and soft. You needed to insist to change your sheets everyday. The pool was cloudy and not usable. The dinng area was smalla nd cramped. The desk staff was very aloof and uncaring and unknowledgeable.
Very nice and new hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. We had a large comfortable room. The breakfast very good and well organized. We would certainly stay again.
It was clean and everyone was very friendly Same old breakfast,
Breakfast was delightful. Little difficult to get in and out if property initially. Once you know how it's fine.
I liked everything except my room location. Room #205 shares a wall with the speaker system for the lobby area downstairs. Fortunately, the music was shut off at a decent hour. It is also, directly above the sliding doors to the breakfast nook. When those doors opened and closed (occasionally throughout the evening, again at 12:45 a.m. and again at 4:45 a.m.), it woke me up, sounding like someone dragging furniture on a hard floor in the next room. I suppose I should have mentioned something upon checkout, but I hate complaining in person, because I always get the impression the person to whom I'm complaining, really doesn't care. I actually planned on speaking to someone this time, I simply forgot. Oh... BTW, I do like the Hampton Inn very much, in general. I stayed at 3 different HI locations this summer. Coincidentally, he sink in each of those rooms drained very slowly (filling up as I used it).
The hotel was located in a very convenient location- room was clean and comfortable, decor was new and the lobby is beautiful. Friendly staff- the only thing that was a slight downside was the lack of a free breakfast, but the hotel was so reasonably priced that I didn't mind.
The loudest and most sleep disruptive a/c unit I have ever encountered. Marriott should be embarrassed by this obvious and easily corrected problem...
Staff were awesome!
By the main street It smelled ,like wet clothes. The staff was creepy ,not a friendly place for family's.
Staff was very helpful especially the maintenance man front desk service was very nice Tv reception was horrible , saw roaches in room and linens were stained you can put up new curtains and add furnature but you must check rooms and pay attention to cleanliness and detail they painted the ceiling and it was dripping down the wall , and just for the record the man st the front desk need to introduce himself to deodorant
Nothing Run down and dirty. First time I've stayed at a hotel that had bullet proof glass seperating me from the person working the front desk. This was the only place we could find with an open room for 50 miles and I can see why.
I forgot to bring the charger for my laptop, and the staff lent me a charger for the duration of my stay!
