I lost my checkin baggage from Harare to Johannesburg. I nearly missed my connection flight. The plane was delayed for more than 2 hours without any communication from the team on the ground.

Incorrect Seating

Cons: I paid for extra legroom (and the seat was correctly noted on the receipt) but upon boarding found that I had been allocated an ordinary seat. For a tall man this small aircraft is very unforgiving. I could also not fit my briefcase into the o/head locker.

It was not bad.

Pros: Seat is comfortable

Cons: No entertainment n food.

Cons: very dirty. There were food particles all over our seats and the life vest had fallen out was sitting on the floor of the plane. Take off was rough, the worsts I'd ever experienced in my life. The plane was unstable on the runway and then unstable for the first 10 minutes. I started crying and my husband was sweating bullets. When things calmed down and I asked the stuardesses for a glass of water they said it would cost money - wow. By the way, they never went over the safety procedures at the beginning of the flight and the exit row seats were empty. All of this made me even more nervous. I will never fly fastjet again, no matter the savings.

Cancelled flight 2 hours before departure

Pros: Fairly new nice aircraft with decent legroom

Cons: My flight was cancelled two hours before departure and I was notified by e-mail (that I only saw when I was at the airport). Next flight was 8 plus hours later. No rebooking to another airline. They suggested that they refund only the base fare (no extras/baggage etc) and then I can pay my own fare on the other airline. This is not an acceptable response as they could have reprotected their passengers to avoid us waiting at the airport for 8 hours.
