Reserved a King Suite, was given a Queen Suite. Hotel unwilling to move us even though they were provided with the reservation information showing a King. They blamed it on Travelero reservation (third party). Attempted to contact Travelero multiple times - no answer . Do not use Travelero website to book reservations.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly, pet friendly
Cons (-) Pet rooms were dirty, carpet was nasty and stained. Pet deposit didn't seem to be used to clean the room. Outdated rooms.
