Pros (+) The view of the bay was nice and being close to the pier and town
Cons (-) The insides of the windows were dirty the air conditioner in the room barely worked the amenities in the room were very basic for what i payed for the room poor lighting and the price for breakfast was absurd 16 dollars for an omlet

Pros (+) It’s a nice hotel, and this visit was a repeat of our first, one year ago. The food, when it arrives, is good.
Cons (-) It’s a pet friendly hotel, which is wonderful, unless the pet is barking in the hall at 4 am, which is not conducive to sleep. Also, the hotel has an outdoor seating area at the edge of Presque Isle Bay, but it’s essentially reserved to diners. Plenty of room to put more tables out there for cocktail service, but they have not, thus confining drinkers to the inside of the hotel. Finally, breakfast...

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel welcome and everyone we interacted with always ensured that we were very satisfied. We couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this location to our friends and family. Thank you for taking such great care of us during our stay with you!

Pros (+) Everything was clean and the staff was amazing! We got a free upgrade, which was very nice. My husband and I will be returning.

Pros (+) It was a perfect setting by the lake. People were kind.
Cons (-) They charged me for incidentals which said that it would be on my credit card the same day and did not receive it. Also, a worker was interfering with an argument my girlfriend and i were having and basically not letting me speak to her.

Pros (+) The Hotel was very nice and clean ... you cam use the sky bridge to go to the convention center..
Cons (-) No early morning free continental breakfast...its a paid extra breakfast...and paid new parer too.....$12.00 extra for parking
