The Kia car was extremely hard to get in and out of, hard to move the front seats and was dented when I got it, so it looked shabby. Budget did not discount it because it was dented, although they certainly would have charged me if I dented it!7.6 Good

On the very last day I did not get the gentleman's name. But he had blonde hair. But he was very polite and announced me by my last name which I love! It shows he has manners and did not call me by my first name. It was pretty crowded but I got out at a efficient time.Cons:
When I first checked in Miss Kristen had call me by my first name I like to be called by my last name. Otherwise everything else was great and she upgraded me to a full size car without additional cost. I did not expect that great customer service!7.2 Good
