Huge line for pickup, even though I had done pre-check in online. No signage or a clear line-all who entered were confused about who was next-only the waiting customers explained the order they were waiting. The 2 busy employees didn’t tell anyone what was going on. They would stop helping check-ins any time someone came to drop keys and focus the attention onto them. Not enough cars for all who were there waiting. We were given a car that had not been cleaned or washed. The person helped before us came back to say the car he was given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, only to be told he would have to wait possibly an hour for another option. No public bathroom, nowhere nearby with a bathroom, either.

Sixt office is small in DTP, but the mighty duo Shawn and Nate were amazing. Quite a force they are, a little wait with good concerned service is all OK. Cars were limited so I got an expensive upgrade to a BMW X5, unnamed credit card but the experience of driving to the coast and mighty Columbia was all worth it.
