10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is really lovely, as are the hosts. We had a small double room with shared bathroom. The bathroom was large with sinks clearly labelled for each room. Each morning there was a great homemade breakfast The communal space is fantastic, the living room and terrace are very nicely decorated and are perfect places to relax and read or have a glass of wine. Very clean and nicely decorated Short drive to town
Cons: Nothing - we had a lovely stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners where some of the kindest, warmest people you will meet. They made you feel welcome right away and their home is amazing. They have so many great books to read. Furthermore, the location was exquisite. So calm and peaceful in the middle of the hills. Highly recommend just sitting there in the evening and watch the lights come on in couer d'alene.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Driving up the long twisting road, we wondered if we’d made a mistake, but then the house came into view and all doubts vanished. The interior didn’t disappoint either, it was a wonderful house with lots of great antiques and quality artwork (much of it by David, one of the owners) and musical instruments that guests are welcome to use (took advantage of that and played guitar a few times). A spacious front porch with comfy seating and lots of blankets provided welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the view in the daytime and the quiet at night. Downstairs there was a living room, dining table, kitchenette, and lots of extra space for guests’ use. There were two seatings for breakfast which gave everyone an opportunity to meet some of their fellow travelers. And the food was fabulous! All in all, a great B&B experience.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Pros: With all the money they spend on renovations they should of invested some money into new beds. Otherwise it was great The pancake machine was all on its own, maybe move it over to where the rest of the breakfast is.
Cons: the bed, to lumpy. Maybe invest in some new mattresses. Pancake machine away from everything else. Move it closer did not even know there was one.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: We didn’t like our experience here at all.
Cons: We arrived at the hotel at 2:15am only to be told they couldn’t find our reservation. 20 mins later they found it. She told us that there was a box fan in the room, and I had been guaranteed one when I had book the room online. It was not in the room. I called the front desk, no one answered. I went to the front desk and found her wandering with a staff of receipts and told her that I indeed did not have a fan in the room as promised. She said she would get to that after she was done handing out the receipts! I told her it’s the middle of the night, we are going to bed now (we had been traveling all day with our four year old) and I need it now. She did get it for us. The rooms cleanliness is not good. One bed, the sheets are covered in hair. Dust everywhere and just not well cleaned at all. We have the box fan on high and can still very clearly hear people above us stomping around at 6am.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was accommodating and pleasant.
Cons: Key cards did not work all the time, had to get a new one at least twice while I was there. The pool was pretty small for the family. Slide locks and door lock were broken.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located for access to the lake and downtown. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We didn't notice any hallway or other noise we frequently find in other hotels. Bike availability was a plus.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Very clean.
Cons: Price was very high for a Holiday Inn because it was Fourth of July weekend.
7.1 Good
Cons: Little effort was made to placate the dog in the room next to mine that barked for over an hour! Ordinarily this would not concern me, but it was 2300hrs and the owner had, apparently, gone swimming.... So be aware that this is a dog friendly hotel (nothing wrong with that), and there may very well have been a canine sleeping in your room previously.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great, especially kitchen lady who helped with complimentary lite suppers Mon-Wed nights! That was neat, too. That was a great perk, including a glass of wine or beer and at 7pm, fresh baked cookies...super! This was a vacation with spouse, so
Cons: Desk staff always friendly; facility quiet but after I left I realized I was supposed to get a king bed not two queens.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All was very good.
Cons: We came in east to west. The directions to the hotel they gave us was west to east. We made the 2 rights as said, but ended up on the other end of town. We should have taken a left at the light by the ramp and then a right. Other than that, everything else was nice. Really liked the room. I would book that room again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: A little pricey.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly not much made it a “wow” experience ...
Cons: The hotel wasn’t in the heart of the city as advertised, the beds weren’t comfortable, the price was not very good compared to other hotels that offered more and the breakfasts never changed their food items.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Employees were rude everything was not clean people were eating in the pool
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Derek was very very helpful. Wanted an area to play cards and he showed us a couple spots to play and went out of his way to help. Great employee!
Cons: Nothing

6.2 Good
Pros: Nice location, attractive old house, comfortable bed.
Cons: It looked like no one had vacuumed under the bed or radiators for months. My wife dropped a pill, which rolled under the bed and was consumed by a dust ball the size of New Jersey. This is not what you should expect (or tolerate) for a room that cost $270 for the night. We mentioned the problem to the staff on the way out: they said they would take a look - but offered no apology.

Cons: The workout room could better !!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The upkeep on the hotel was good. The breakfast was good.
Cons: It was a bit over priced for the type of hotel it was, the charge for the dog was over priced as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For this price point, one of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is awesome, and newer movies available to rent on the room TVs
Cons: No it really is a great place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and attractive and quiet. Our breakfast was better than a restaurant buffet and the staff did a great job! We forgot an electric toothbrush, and the staff found it. We picked it up at the front desk on our way out of town. We had a great experience and would stay there again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for the freeway. Most of everything you might need (liquor store, pharmacy, car wash, restaurants, etc.) was nearby. The breakfast was buffet style with someone there to make you any kind of egg or omelet your heart desired . . . . really nice. The restaurant was so nice, a lot of the local residents were eating there. The bar was cozy and inviting and for that reason, busy!
Cons: Well, the one night we were there a group of football players from WSU was having a reunion. That made things in the bar and restaurant noisy and crowded. We were hoping for a quiet drink in the bar after a long day of driving.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and good breakfast
Cons: Far from the city center and expensive

Pros: Late check in greeted warmly even gota drink before they closed. Comfy bed !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old home with very nice outdoor space
4.5 Okay
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: We arrived late so no one was there, which was OK. We went straight to our room which was small but just OK. In the morning, there was a mediocre breakfast laid out but no one around. When we were leaving we search around knocking on the kitchen door to find someone to pay. Finally, a sullen woman came out and grudgingly accepted our money telling us it wasn't her job.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Restaurant closed Mon and Tues. so unable to eat there. Looked good!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was phenomenal and happy to help accommodate anything
Cons: It's a bit expensive, but it was Labor Day weekend. Over all though I have not stayed at a cuter place with friendlier people.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cozy, charming, good location
Cons: Lugging things upstairs, restaurant below.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was nice, in a quiet neighborhood. We really like the older homes/structures!
Cons: The parking was street side and it was first come, first serve. Also, unbeknownst to us, our bathroom was across the hall from our room. The staff member showing us to our room made the comment that the 'public' isn't allowed to use the bathroom and how rude it would be if they did! So needless to say, was stressed about walking in on someone using our bathroom. It was VERY small & only a small window for any air circulation. If we stay here again, WILL make sure that we don't get Room #6.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic, easy to walk to the lake and nearby bars and restaurants. We easily found street parking right in front of the property.
Cons: Our room was the one with the bathroom across the hall, would be great if there was a lock on it so that only we could access it, and we could leave our bath items in there. Also the kitchen in our room was lacking some basic items, wine glasses, cups, etc.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lots of uniqueness and character. Very romantic... top floor room overlooking front has the feel of being in a tree house. Bed is very comfortable.
Cons: The room temperature could’ve been a little colder. More coffee in the room- we only had one regular pod and one decaf.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Very weak internet.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique establishment
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful heritage building, nicely renovated but still retains its charm. Well appointed with lovely antique furniture. Adjoining restaurant served delicious tapas. Great location with a short walk to the beach and McEwen Park. Would definitely return

Cons: Wish it had elevators.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable.. that was about it
Cons: Our room smelled horrible like a locker room.. not great for the fact we were there celebrating a 30th anniversary. We booked 2 nights here, and I paid enough to have had a clean smelling room. Super disappointing for us both. Staff moved us to another room for the second night, I was so shocked to find that it smelled bad too. I’m not super particular but I’ve stayed in a lot of motels and never had this problem. Will avoid these hotels here on out

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was great, the staff was superb and so friendly not to mention helpful, breakfast was good and the bed was comfy.
Cons: The shower looked like it was just used, there was sand and dirt on the walls and floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee who checked us in was amazing. She was able to assign us two rooms that had adjoining doors. Both rooms were clean.
Cons: The towels should not be stored close to the floor. The doors were open to the room when we got there, I guess it was waiting to be checked by management. Pool was cold and the hot tub was under construction which was disappointing. Dryer took 2 hours.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent for easy access around town. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. The staff was very courteous and very knowledgeable of surrounding area.
Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable for me. I'm used to a firm mattress and this one was too soft for me. That's just my opinion. The coffee in the room was not replenished, had to go to the desk and request more coffee for my room twice.
6.7 Good
Pros: The beds were clean. Room was clean. Food was good.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable.
Cons: AC was loud
4.6 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.
Cons: I was pulling a trailer and there was no place to park but on the street. The staff said to park right under the light and it would probably be okay from theft which didn’t make me feel real safe. You have to go to policies on the web site and read the policies. Apparently they add a $50 damage deposit and if housekeeping reports no damage you get it back. That being said - housekeeping left an envelope for a tip. I always leave a tip but this felt like extortion. It will do in a pinch but I could have spent the same amount at a hotel chain and had a better experience.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean, close to town
Cons: Wi Fi was not very good.
6.0 Good
Pros: coffee maker, refrigerater, microwave and bathtub in the room. Everything including the AC and TV worked well.
Cons: It's not in great shape, pretty worn out. Breakfast was minimal but we didn't pay a lot for the room so I guess I should be surprised that there even was one. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location! Very clean.
Cons: Thin walls
5.0 Okay
Pros: There was no breakfast, only donuts Thank you for the bath mat
Cons: The shower/tub should have something to hold onto. It looked like a small bar had been torn off and never replaced. The hour switch on the clock jumped from 6 to 8 so it couldn't be set on 7. The sink faucet was very hard to pull on.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent.
Cons: The air conditioner was noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location , convenience and price.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was excellent, I stayed with my daughter and we could walk everywhere. Staff were helpful and friendly and the property was as expected.
Cons: The room we had was noisy, it was right next to the office and the laundry room but it was private and had one way glass which meant we could have the curtains open even though it was a high traffic area.
6.3 Good
Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable, which is very important to me. Everything looked pretty clean.
Cons: When I first entered the room, the air smelled stale and a little like cigarettes. So I opened the windows and kept it open all night. I was a little on the warm side all night, and only discovered in the morning that the air conditioning was off, and turned it on then. The only other thing which would have made it much better would have been a really nice chair to relax and read in, instead of two beds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location., clean, parking easily accessible.
Cons: No exhaust fan in the bathroom so there is mold on the. Bathroom ceiling. Very firm beds

5.4 Okay
Pros: Big refrig in room. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok but not what stated. Ok room but showing wear and colors are out dated.
Cons: No options for disabled like elevator. No reception area bathroom. Just put me on 2nd floor despite being told I was disabled and then later texted me no 1st floor rooms available or elevators. Air conditioning had a mind of it's own. Sheets put on inside out. No liners put in waste baskets or drain traps in sink or tub; housekeeping left those for me to do.
3.0 Mediocre

Cons: No coffee in the room. No complimentary shampoo either
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was a holiday weekend, but for 30 bucks more I could have with me up without a sore back and had more than one pillow. It was not worth what was paid. I should have just either paid the extra 30 bucks for BE or just drove thru.
Cons: The price vs the quality, only two pillows, to get two more required a hike to the office. The noise level coming through the walls.
7.1 Good
Cons: Cost seems to be rising as you get less and less. The sheets are ruff!

Pros: Upgraded and remodeled was good.

Cons: No breakfast.
4.6 Okay
Cons: For someone who has to live paycheck to paycheck and have to pay $100 to stay in a hotel room that I’m not in for not even 12 hours is way to expensive. Especially when the room doesn’t have shampoo conditioner or any other types of necessities.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing specifically stands out, other than the friendliness of the staff
Cons: They did not discount the rate even though half of the advertised amenities were unavailable, and they gave my room to someone else even though I was required to prepay. Multiple reviews on facebook point out the recurring problems with this location.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Room was freezing cold when we arrived and did not heat up. One very thin blanket on bed, no extras. Old decor, peeling wall paper, stained chair in room. Bed was not comfortable at all. Very disappointing as we chose based on Ramadas usual high standards
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Breakfast was good
Cons: The Staff were very friendly
6.7 Good
Pros: The beds are comfortable and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel is a bit run down, the breakfast is not great and room cleanliness so-so (hair at bottom of tub).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was remodeled that we were in. But I did hear from other guests that their rooms were in poor condition. Over all our stay was pleasant. The hotel does need some updates.
Cons: I was looking forward to using the pool but it wasn't very inviting.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Showing up to a dirty room at 10pm with my family and having to wait 2 hours for them to clean my room for us to check in and management is poor as while as the site manager who did nothing to help but call the night manger and yell at her because i got his cell phone number to call him and for help in this situation. He didn't offer any but to call the night manger.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast was hot and always stocked. Front desk was always pleasant. 30 minute drive to Silverwood. Room was basic. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed.
Cons: Could use a little more parking and it was a little pricey for a 2 1/2 star. You are paying for location close to Silverwood in summertime.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The pool area was not anything like it represented itself as being on the website. It was dingy, appeared to be dirty water in the pool, and over chlorinated. The door needed to be propped in order to breathe. The Jacuzzi also appeared dirty and the water was dingy. The bubbling feature was throwing water above the pool an inch or more and all around the area. We are disappointed with the misrepresentation of the establishment.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Close to our destination.
Cons: driveway was not easy to find. Part of town was not the best. Streets were busy, no place to walk.
7.1 Good
Pros: We liked the breakfast, actually were surprised by it! The location was right off the freeway which some people must like ....but it was on a busy commercial street. The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast really good, (scrambled eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles along with the usual bagels etc...) so we would recommend it.
7.5 Good
Cons: Breakfast area to small.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good.
Cons: When we booked this hotel we wanted a pool and breakfast. We were traveling with our kids and after a long day in the car they were really looking forward to swimming. We were disappoint to find out that when the boys went in to swim that the chorine levels were super strong and was burning their eyes after just a few minutes. They got out and tried the hot tub, when my husband tried to put on the jets, they backfired or something happened, and you could tell it wasn’t safe to stay in. When we mentioned it to the front desk, we were told “swim at your own risk”. It was late and we had been traveling all day or we would have opted for another hotel. As we were leaving in the morning we looked at the pool and a sign was on there that said out of order as well as one on the wellness room. The manager was there when we left and did offer us a 20% off our stay. Which we gladly excepted
