Enjoyed stayPros: Good size room. Stayed in dual queen suite with corner sofa sleeper. Enjoyed text alert when room was ready. Prime location. Friendly staff. Solid breakfast. Huge rec center on lower level (basement).Cons: Room wasn't cleanest. Stain on comforter up by my neck. Sink was clogged from prior guests. Parking was extra and expensive. Used SpotHero to get lower rate and closer location. Grand Plaza was 1 block.
Perfect place for what we need for the occasion.Pros: Everything !!! Cons: None
Construction is happeningPros: The staff was friendly. Cons: The construction noise was terrible. Construction was happening at 7 am on Saturday morning directly outside our window. The breakfast was terrible. I understand it was free, but at least provide decent food. There was only one working elevator.
Incredible valuePros: The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are very spacious.Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: Close to Navy Pier and Red line station.Cons: South side of building faces main fire station. Sirens and air horns going off all night.
Great location and valuePros: Our stay at this Hyatt Place - River North was perfect for our needs this weekend! You can't beat the central location of the hotel, and River North is a great neighborhood for anyone visiting the city! The room was clean, spacious, and had a good layout. The mattress was very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! Cons: The pillows in our room were not the most comfortable. The level of noise due to the close proximity of the fire station could be an issue for some if not used to being in a city.
