POOR CAR PICKUP. The car was brad new and v. comfortable. The issue is that their premises were CLOSED at the time the ferry was arriving!! (21.30 from tenerife and the were closed since 20.00). Thus we were told that car would be picked up on next morning at 8.00 !! This changed our plans and also our place to stay overnight since we were already booked outside santa cruz de la palma. Also next day we lost additional time for picking it up, papers etc. This wasnt said on the booking of the car... by anybody. Kayak or Sixt!! Given that they were already paid for everything client remained tight... Thats not so proffessional overall.
