Cons:
When i got to the Budget desk the clerk was not there, he was in the parking lot inside a vehicle speaking to his wife on the phone (i overheard they were talking about dinner). When i asked about my confirmed reservation he told me he didn't know why Kayak let me book a car in the first place because he didn't have any available. I had to rent from another company for a way higher price than what i had reserve from.Europcar

Tell the people about the real cost of renting a vehicle, you get one price on this site, but once you get to the counter, they HAVE to sell you some type of insurance thatbis not included in the price, and its usually 2 time the daily cost of the car.8.0 Very Good

When I went to pick up the mini van I had reserved and confirmed I was told there was none. My husband and I were offered a pick up truck to transport ourselves and five kids to Mexico City! Very disappointing. Supervisor on site and Hertz helpline were not helpful at all. Will not rent from Hertz again.Ace
