First, at pickup, I had to pay an additional €35 for full insurance. This was not communicated beforehand when I was reserving the car. In my opinion, this is deceptive, but at the time, I had no other option because it was late, and I needed the car. Additionally, the lady at the counter mentioned that the price for basic insurance and full insurance was the same, which felt like another form of deception. When I reserved the car, I selected a VW Golf or a similar model, but she offered me an Audi A1. What’s the point of choosing a car during the reservation if she can decide which car to give me? The car return process was also poorly explained, and I faced a small issue when returning the vehicle. Moreover, the person inspecting the car claimed there was a damage, which I did not cause. He simply said, 'Don’t worry, you have full insurance.' Yet again, this felt like another attempt to take advantage of the situation. Overall, my experience with this rental company was full of small deceptions."

Once I got there, they asked me for an extra 300€(I am not talking about the deposit) because I booked via a 3rd party and they said the quotation was not correct.

We had to pay an extra 55 euros. The price shown on kayak wasn’t the final price at all and it wasn’t mentionned anywhere. A scam. Last time I book a car with kayak.
