I scheduled a rent car through your website and that worked smoothly. Picking up the rent car from Enterprise in Allen went smoothly. What I'm confused about is that I was shown a daily rate on your website and I got the rental scheduled but I appear to be paying a higher rate than I was shown on your website. The reason I went through your site was the less expensive rates. When I picked up the rental, I was charged an amount but that had a deposit on there as well so it didn't even occur to me until I extended my rental for an additional day and the daily rate the tech at Enterprise quoted me was about $25 per day higher than it should've been...

I rented a vehicle from 5:30 Friday to 5:30 Saturday, not knowing the location would be closed after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. So when I arrived to return the vehicle, no one was available. I did the logical thing of putting the keys in the Dropbox but it would have been nice for someone to explain the process so I didn't panic for 30 minutes. I'm also still watching my charge to make sure I don't get enough charge for an extended rental. No one explained but somebody should have explained the policy returning a vehicle after hours if there is such a thing and it is permitted.

I had to pickup a rental on short notice. I found a vehicle using Kayak and I was referred to Hertz car rental. I found a $70 car rental for 2 days and with tax and fees + insurance it ended up being around $160. Once I returned the vehicle at the airport (Dallas Love field), the Hertz staff was quick and very adamant about charging me for damage to the vehicle that was already documented prior to renting the vehicle… I had to repeatedly show him that the damage was documented by Hertz through the pre-vehicle check by another Hertz employee. After a few minutes he finally gave up. But he did make sure to charge me the fuel fee because the tank wasn’t exactly at the same fuel level when rented. I understand to be charged if I were to leave the fuel tank on empty, but after fueling the vehicle and still having to drive to the airport from the gas station I was bound to use the 7 miles, forcing it to be under what I originally picked it up with. I hope Hertz or Kayak can help this frustrating situation. A 2 day $160 rental turned into $211 rather quickly. Very upsetting experience.

EVEN THOUGH I HAD A CONFIRMATION OF MY CAR RENTAL WHICH WAS LOWER THRU KAYAK THAN HERTZ, I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY AT THAT LOCATION. THE PERSON AT THE COUNTER CALLED (NOT SURE WHO) AND STATED THAT HERTZ AT ANOTHER LOCATION WOULD RENT THE CAR TO ME ONLY IF I AGREED TO PAY $300 MORE THAN THE ECONOMIC CAR CONFIRMATION. TRULY FRAUD...
