Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently expressed disappointment with the hotel's service, describing staff as unprofessional, unhelpful, or rude, especially at the front desk and management. Cleanliness was another concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, lack of proper cleaning, and maintenance issues. Many felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price paid, citing poor food quality, misleading all-inclusive offers, and unmet expectations. While the location and some amenities like the pool and beach were appreciated, issues with amenities, such as non-functioning jacuzzis and poorly maintained facilities, were also noted. Overall, positives were overshadowed by recurring negative experiences.

I went with my husband, eleven year-old son and both in-laws. Everything was excellent, the staff were cheerful and welcoming. The food was delicious and gave plenty of options. The facilities were not the newest but it was impeccably maintained. The pool bar and restaurants services were speedy and the quality can be compared to a standalone restaurant. There were plenty of entertainment availabl...

Pros (+) The entire trip was amazing! I can’t thank the resort and its staff enough for everything they do and did for my family and I. My wife and I traveled with out two boys ages 3 and 10, in laws and grandparents. Decent sized group. My older son has severe food allergies so going to places like these aren’t usually the top of our list because it’s hard to find food so we usually just book air bnbs ins...
Cons (-) AC could have been a little colder. It was good enough tho. I just love my rooms freezing.

Pros (+) This is one of the best resorts in the hotel zone. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was always polite and welcoming. The one thing that sets this resort apart from others is how great the good is. There were at least 7 restaurants to choose from, on top of the cafeteria and sushi bar located in the lobby. The drinks were great. Some bartenders poured a little heavier than others, but on...

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. Besides their timeshare sales shpiel, they didn't try to up sell us or push us into any additional purchases. The restaurants on the property were really good; much better than other all inclusives we are familiar with.
Cons (-) Even though we were in an upgraded room, the new fixtures were already coming off of the walls. Some of the outlets weren't connected to anything. Also, there were millions of ants. They sprayed on our balcony and in the room while we were there. My husband and I were eaten up.
