One of the pools overlooked the ocean, and the views were incredible. The Pina Grill had delicious food and really friendly staff. The resort was clean.
Staff were hit or miss - either super pushy and not helpful or extraordinarily helpful. The reservation system for dinner is horrible, and there often were not options available, even though we attempted to book as soon as the system opened up. There was a super hard sell for the time shares, and a good portion of the resort wasn't available (pool, bar, name brand alcohol, menu items) unless you had purchased a time share.

Throughout the lobby areas they have an aroma therapy system going that smells awful and was bothersome to a lot of people. You never know when someone may be allergic!!!!

From the moment we arrived to the omni the staff was excellent and helped us with everything. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was amazing, the view was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The entertainment was fun in the evening. The beach was clean and big. The food was excellent for an all inclusive...the sushi was excellent. Best vacation...we will definitely be back many more times.

Our stay at the Omni was fabulous! I can not say enough about the amazing staff!! The entertainment staff does a great job around the pool, on the beach and in the evenings! The Buffett restaurant always had a different variety of food and was very good. The staff, especially Ovilmer, at the La Paloma restaurant was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a villa that was nice and clean but was a little dated. We will try a room in the hotel next time. One day we rented a cabana on the beach, Beatrice was our waitress for the day, amazing! The beach is beautiful! We had a wonderful vacation at the Omni and will be back!!!!
