We visited the hotel during the COVID-19 outbreak. The resort was 20% capacity, but every feature of the hotel (restaurants, bars, pools, rooms) were operating as if it was 100% capacity. The employees were warm, caring and professional. We will be back.

Very luxurious and fantastic facilities. All staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Jessica and Jonathan from the entertainments team were particularly friendly and helpful in chatting and informing us of all the activities.

The staff and the quality of the food in any restaurant especially a very big thanks to the chef Luca and all the staff at Nebbiolo's Italian restaurant: as italian i can say they are doing a really superlative job. The last but not least it was a pleasure to get our daily espresso and tea at the "divine caffè". The buffet was satisfying as well and the room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king bed !
The rooms near the lift at the lower floors to royal sands side are very noisy due to the hotel main fans ventilation. Even with closed windows we could clearly hear the noise. Maybe they could avoid people to occupy the sunbeds at che early morning by putting a book or a suncream on them a leave it for hours.
