Pros (+) The suite and most of the staff .
Cons (-) Breakfast was very limited even for continental and one staff member made the children feel unwelcomed.
Pros (+) Hotel is stunning. Looks like a hotel from South Beach, Miami. Great luxury features and great staff.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast was below average. Only bagels and pastries really. The location was horrible. Right in front of a train station. Heard the train, police sirens, people on the street ALL night and ALL day. It’s as if the walls were paper thin
Pros (+) Very comfortable, seemed a little understaffed but everyone working was lovely. We had a nice stay.
Pros (+) The building itself has a beautiful front face. The perfect balance between modern and vintage. The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. The shower feels amazing. When we needed anything the front desk was always able to help.
Pros (+) The rooms are spacious, with a great shower and amenities. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel, and the continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. I hope that they can continue to offer what they do at the prices that they are charging. I travel for business a lot and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
