Cons (-) Mattress’ wayyyyyy too firm.
Cons (-) A room in the basement, next to a broom closet, with 4 yards away from a street and a bus stop. A room that smells like an outhouse, is dirty like a single guys den and noisy like a Brooklyn bar. Absolutely THE WORST.
