Cons (-) The hotel only had clearance from kayak for one night instead of the paid for two nights. And we were serially locked out of our room.
Pros (+) I liked the rooftop restaurant. The pool table in lobby was nice as well

Cons (-) Found multiple hairs in the room upon arrival on desk and counter tops. Room had NO towels until we called down to front desk. Elevators were in a sad state: disgusting freight pads lining the walls and creepy flickering blacklights as only source of light in elevator. Pros (+) I Loved the fact that the hotel is in the Heart of Downtown Brooklyn. To which "Brooklyn" is now known as the "New Manhattan". Close to all transportation (Bus, Train, LIRR,) The BARCLAY's, JUNIOR's Restaurant, APPLE BEE's, SHOPPING (NORDSTROM RACK, POLO, MACY's, GAP, H&M, CHILDREN's PLACE & WALKING DISTANCE TO ATLANTIC CENTER MALL WHICH HAS TARGET, MARSHALL's etc)
