Cons: Worst experience ever

Cons: I have no complaints.

Cons: Our toilet was not clean and we had to clean it before using. We were on our honeymoon and couldn't be intimate because there was a family next door with kids that were loud and we could hear all thier conversation so we knew they'd be able to hear us the walls were that thin. Great honeymoon! At checkout I noticed they had double charged my account and asked to have it fixed. Was told it was and saw the credit to my account. The next day I had two more charges to my account and when I called the hotel no manager was on duty and the lady on the phone was rude. At this point I've been charged 3 times for the same stay since I've gotten no resolution.

Cons: Although it was free, the breakfast was lacking

Cons: the hotel needs to replace their carpets in the main areas. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't bad. The bathroom floor needed mopping. Pool was cold.

Cons: It was old run down and bland. There was not any comforters on the beds and the beds were old and hard. It felt like going to grandmas house from the 70's and the decor had not been updated.

Cons: It's pretty run down, carpet stains, Ac broken, hot tub out of service, water temp would spike

Cons: The lodge was outdated. The carpets in the common areas were largely stained. The door to our room was not installed properly or the building has settled; I could see people passing while in my room which means, they could see me as well. Although our room was tidy and appeared clean, with all the extra paint and wall paper on the walls; it gave the illusion of being unkempt.

Cons: There was a stench in the hallway that made it less appealing. The stench in the elevator was even worse and it seemed that the elevator floor hadn't been cleaned really well. Also, while loved the jetted bathtub, it apparently was leaking. My husband had gotten a call that it was leaking while I was soaking in the tub. We didn't know where it was leaking from.

Cons: Too crowded in breakfast area

Cons: When it rains, there is 3 inches of water standing at the back entrance.

Cons: The beds suck

Cons: We did an online check in. They give you preferences, and we checked one bed. Got a response that there were none, and so chose the preference of a view. They gave us 212 which is on the road side, BELOW the level of the parking lot. There couldn't be a worse view. I did go out and ask for a change, and they moved us across the hall to 219 which indeed had a view. (Hotel on a hillside, by just crossing the hall we went from below ground level to a fairly expansive view. ). We learned....we will not do an online check in again.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The fitness center has no weights or cable machine. There is just a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike,

Cons: There were lots of ants in the room, but they did come and spray right away.

Cons: Parking was a problem. We went to shows in the evening and you had to hike out to the last spaces. It was like no one else went to shows and they stayed at the hotel. The was a shortage of carts to offload cars and move luggage to the rooms

Cons: I didn't find a single problem, amazing job!

Cons: The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had bugs on it. (Not bed bugs). You have to travel 15 miles to get to Branson. Not much close by to eat. If you were going to just stay at the condo it would be awesome.

Cons: Branson is a little farther than expected.

Cons: Our room was clear but was very musty smelling. When i told the front desk, they said they would look at it but didn't apologize or offer any suggestions or changes.

Cons: Missed the GROUPON sale and paid extra $50 per night. Needed cleaning under couch, calling in bathroom, and most of all couch bed was broden

Cons: Could have used a safety rail to get out of the Jacuzzi tub.

Cons: The room was dirty, had a funny smell, had ants, flys and also had killed spider and front desk refused to put us in another room saying there’s nothing they can do about the smell or the ants in the room. The room was overpriced

Cons: Extra, nightly cost for internet and for parking, on top of nightly rental.

Cons: Security: someone attempted to beat through the door of the room next to me at 2AM. Not being informed that I would have to pay for overnight parking. Great nice room, but not an exceptional value.

Cons: Front parking involves a lot of steps. During breakfast hours, elevator wait time gets lengthy.

Cons: I would add an extra cover to the beds.

Cons: Noisy hallway. Kept waking up to noisy heating/AC unit. Bed was horrible...felt several springs. Towels were torn and odd smelling. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, but old and depressing...needs a remodel. Workout room had only cardio...free weights anyone? Breakfast was awful...rubbery eggs, stale cereal. Just about the worst coffee I've ever had. We also stayed at Chateau on the Lake and Hilton Promenade. There is no comparison. Those two are SO much better, the Hilton being our favorite of the three.

Cons: Elevator situation is horrible. Staff does not police guests so it's frequently loud and overwhelming.

Cons: There were ants in our room. We used the pull out couch. The mattress pad was dirty and there was no other bedding in the room for the spare. we called the front desk at 9:30PM. The staff brought just one sheet and no pillow case.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: there were no towels in the room so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they would bring some up and they never did. We had to dry off with hand towels and eventually went to the pool and got some from there. It was the 4th of July and it was packed which was expected, but one of the two elevators was broke so it took forever to get to and from our room. checking out took an hour because we ended up using the stairs due to the one elevator being so overly packed and stopping at each floor.

Cons: trying to get into the hotel we were told to come back in an hr after driving 10 hrs to get there and then when we came back in an hr we were told to come back in another hour. the first lady was extremity rude when she spoke with us. the second lady was nice the first lady also was rude to my father when he asked her a question. I will NEVER stay there again when i pay for something i expect to have polite service it really isn't that hard to check someone in and out no need to be crabby you are in customer service, and if you don't like to serve the public leave. also the elevators were super slow and we just walked up the 5 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast was on the top floor so again slow elevator and walk back down.

Cons: The breakfast was terrible if you like real food or anything resembling real food.

Cons: There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.
