Pros:I liked the small flight and the relief of not having such chaos with so many passengers. (My first time flying by myself.) Friendly staff and overall good experience.
Cons:Only issue I had was with the gentleman who sat in front of me. He took his shoes off and stretched his legs over into my seating area (also touched me with his feet). I have bad knees so I understand the need to stretch, but I like my personal space and absolutely HATE feet. Maybe should have a recommendation of respecting personal spar since the flight is so small.

Cons:Everything was beyond perfect

SLC-VEL
Pros:Very nice crew and it was very pleasant to fly with these people.
Cons:I think this is just startup glitches, but there was no notice of the airline not being in the main terminal. Luckily, I called the airline number and got information that it was in the general aviation terminal (SLC).

Pros:good staff from gate to gate makes up for any airport problems from being "off brand" e.g., gates not as clearly indicated, not on ARR/DEP boards. Nice seats, I could see headroom problems for those in the 6'3"+ range.

Overview of Boutique Air

Boutique Air offers direct point-to-point services across the United States with a focus on regional destinations. Operating an unconventional model, the airline does not have an operating hub; however, it is based in San Francisco. Many of its flights connect rural communities with larger regional locations and the airline has received support from the Essential Air Service program for this reason.

An intimate and luxurious travel option, cabins are designed to seat either 8 or 9 passengers. Seats are made of cushioned leather materials and provide significant legroom. The layout on some aircraft includes seats that face each other, making it ideal for business trips. Seats are not pre-assigned, meaning that they are decided upon boarding. Arriving early may offer you the privilege of picking your preferred seat.

Passengers are allowed to bring either a carry-on bag or a piece of checked luggage, which must not exceed 50 lb. A personal item such as a laptop or handbag is also permitted. Recognized as America’s fastest airline by Forbes in 2019, Boutique Air offers a premium service that is not lagged down by the size of commercial competitors. Boarding and disembarking are streamlined processes.

A combination of Pilatus and Beechcraft planes make up the Boutique Air fleet. Models such as the Pilatus PC-12 and Beechcraft King Air 300 are flown, which feature turboprop engines. The Pilatus aircraft are smaller with a single propeller, while the Beechcraft are longer with an additional propeller. The cabins have customized soundproofing so that you can get some solid rest while in the air.
