Bag Check Option Hidden From Check In
Pros: Not much to like from this airline. It was a short flight from Zurich to Berlin, so one could not properly enjoy any amenities if they had any.
Cons: The check in process is designed to make you miss the option to check bags. After I checked in on the desktop site, I looked via their mobile app, but no option was to be found. At the airport, I had to come out of pocket 100 CHF ($105 USD) on the spot without any room for recourse. Had I known that my $80 ticket would’ve cost me $185, I would’ve flew another airline, or chose first class.review from

Cons: The flight was delayed. Did not leave until almost two hours later. Since the first leg of he flight was delayed, they booked us on another connecting flight. That connecting flight had a later departure time than the boarding pass and then it was delayed another hour and a half. And the boarding gate was changed and never announced. If we didn't go to customer service desk, would have never found out about gate change. What we were supposed to arrive at our destination at 10am ended up being close to 5pm.

Recline pitch excessive
Cons: God help you if you are 6' plus like me and the guy in front fully reclines. You are left with your knees in the aisle only to be taken out by the refreshment cart.review from

Pros: On the plane everything was great.
Cons: The only airline I have flown in over 10 years that would not allow me to bring my guitar in the plane. Plenty of room in the overhead for it. And they charge me $200. Never again.review from
